Slippi appears to be having some server issues at the moment. Looking into it.
May cause issues queueing, reporting, and probably other things too.

There appears to be a small subset of users having issues with some Slippi services.
Seems to include failing to report ranked results, logging in at all, etc.
I'm looking into it.

Pre-orders for the SPIF x Slippi shop are ending soon.
This shop has some awesome items and if you want to guarantee getting them, make sure to check it out within the next couple days.
You can access the shop from the Slippi Launcher. Or go to spif dot space slash slippi

Doing a poll to try to gauge which IP service is more accurate for most people.
Only pick one being better than the other if the worse one is very far from your actual location (ie wrong coast)
Which location service is better?
ipstack.com/
ipgeolocation.io/
54%both are fairly accurate
22%ipstack is much better
14%ipgeoloca is much better
10%neither are even close

New Ranked season on April 15th. Announcing this now to give people time to grind the rank they want.
Trying something different for next season as a test. Ranked will be available to non-subs 25% of the time.
It will cycle between 24 hrs full access and 72 hrs sub only.

PSA that we switched to ipgeolocation.io/ for Slippi.
If you get high ping matches, it could be because your location is wrong. Click the link to check. If it's wrong, ipgelocation has been responding to requests quickly.
Can take a day to be reflected in Slippi.
Services are starting to be taken down. Check Twitter for update.
We expect to be back up within 3 hours or so.

Slippi services should be back online.
Going to be monitoring things still to make sure everything looks like it's working.
We did a database migration so if you notice any new issues with loading or saving data, please post about it in our Discord.
