It is not enough to oppose Evil, one must actively Cultivate Good. Of course, one must have the courage to know the difference first.
We spent so long teaching people not to hate that many forgot there are things worthy of hatred.

Democracy is fake and gay because it comes down to "We can't let Right Wingers win even if they're the majority" and "We need to give every retard with a pulse a vote even if they aren't from here so we can win forever against the will of actual citizens."

Yes. Ironically two of the main things that would make Libertarianism actually operate (after a fashion) would be a commonly held religious based morality self-imposing order and a community enforced cultural homogeneity, two things that Libertarians are by and large fiercely against
Additional thought: libertarian individualism can only work if people are self-disciplined and possess a moral compass that bends its knee to God as the highest authority. It cannot work as mere license. But most caps-l Libertarianism in the U.S. is typified by people interested mainly in license.

Then I repeat, what was even the point of decolonization? If you’re a poor unstable country you should embrace being controlled by a rich productive country, if material prosperity is the main thing that matters.
Isn't this the story of human migration? If you came from a poor, unstable area, wouldn't you want to leave if you had the chance at a better life in a rich productive country? This is not unique to Africa.

"The left is giving people 100K fellowships for writing lesbian novels, while the right is charging its own guys $200 to listen to some theoretical ramblings about the antichrist." The left understands Social Capital. The Right needs to relearn how to earn it.
There is an important reason that the right never wins the culture war overall, despite the left being so poor at tactics that they often end up shooting their own feet. That is the reality that logistics are more important than tactics, and tactics only matter once you have sorted logistics out. The left has sorted logistics out by creating patronage networks, while the right refuses to do so because it's still controlled by a curious kind of boomer paleoliberal who thinks that "free market" means "everything should pay for itself". Thus, both the cultural and political struggles of the right must be waged by broke young men as a side project to their careers, while fighting for the left is a career. The young men fighting for the right are simply expected to purchase their own rifles, ammunition, uniforms and kit, provide their own transport to the front, then organize themselves into units to defeat the communists. If you understand this, then you will understand why the retards manage to win a lot despite being retards. The left is giving people 100K fellowships for writing lesbian novels, while the right is charging its own guys $200 to listen to some theoretical ramblings about the antichrist. No, that's not a metaphor. I wish I had made either of those two facts up as some sort of hyperbole. Only the left understands how to get and use political power. The left understands that power is a form of currency. So if you want it, you have to buy it, with some other form of currency. Such as money. The right thinks that political power is a side effect... something that you naturally accumulate while doing business. Possibly this is because most wealthy right-wing people are investors. They start a project, or put money into it, and they expect to get their money back and then some. That's what they are used to. That's how investment works. But that's not how power works. And if you have wealth, but no power, then the people with power will just take whatever you built. I don't know exactly what the tech right, the business right, the wealthy right, should be spending on political power. But what they are spending is clearly not enough and in the wrong places. Because George Soros sure as hell isn't selling people tickets to listen to him talk.

Our culture had built the wrong heroes.
Blind. They don't glorify him. They simply understand him. Anakin is relatable because the generation coming up now is in a similar position to him. They're told they're a force for change while also being spoken down to and demeaned by their elders. Theyre also told they're a problem by those elders who have allowed culture to decay for decades. On top of that, emotions like love become harder and harder to express due to the decline in social interaction. Anakin wasn't allowed to love. Anakin wasn't socialized. Anakin was told he was a problem and spoken to like he was untrustworthy while also being told he's the best guy they've got. I dont think most people want to be Anakin Skywalker. But I do think many young men relate to him and that's a cultural failure. Not their failure.

This meme is.... actually pretty sage advice.
Sure Harry its very frustrating but its their biological programming because violence isn't a good option for women. So they read non verbal communication to understand a persons emotions and view everything relationally. Thats why they just assume you "just know" because they do

This whole Malfoid thing could spark a genuine literary revival if handled properly. RETVRN to Yearn!
If you want to make Malfoid canon, read the following: The Department of Education's Malfoid has reminded me of the circumstances that made Maid Marian canon to the Robin Hood legend. It may surprise you to know she is apocryphal, i.e. not part of the original story. She's a "fanon" [lit. a Fan Canon] character, who later gained traction and legitimacy. Robin hood was originally a story about a dudebro (the original Good Guy Steve meme) out with his bros robbing evil clergymen and trying to bring justice back to the Church, in the name of the Virgin Mary. Now? Marian and Chivalric Love are as inseparable to Robin Hood as the Sheriff of Nottingham. Here's how that happened. 🧵1/

I've just learnt, while the boys are reading Malfoid rn, the girls were reading fanfic about Draco graping a mindwiped Hermione in a Handmaid's Tale repopulation program and it was republished as a legally distinct dark romantasy called "Alchemised" that sold over a mil last year

I love the whole "Malfoid" thing, I really do. And i'm not even the target audience. I've enjoyed writing it, and its totally unleashed my muse. I've been thinking about why the whole Malfoid fanfiction phenomenon is doing so ridiculously well, and I think I've figured something out. Men are absolutely STARVING for good romance. Plenty of women, too, I guess. Not pornography. Not harems. Not some elaborate sexual power fantasy. Romance. Two people who who are confused by their feelings, who make mistakes, who struggle to understand one another, and who slowly, awkwardly, sometimes painfully fall in love. You know. That thing human beings have been doing to each other for thousands of years. In story form. Somewhere along the way, the publishing industry decided that men don't like romance. (teapawt.net/ShamashAran/status/210…) The alternatives everyone's been offered for the past couple of decades have been, to put it delicately, a radioactive dumpster fire. On one side, you've got male-oriented harem fantasies where every woman within a fifty-mile radius is aching for a sexual encounter, in graphicly written detail. On the other, you've got the darker corners of romantasy, where the height of romantic fulfillment involves being kidnapped, abused (physically, mentally, or both) or literally raped by a seven-foot-tall monster with the emotional maturity of a malfunctioning garbage disposal. I'm sitting here thinking: CAN TWO PEOPLE JUST FALL IN LOVE WITHOUT SOMEBODY GETTING RAPED OR DEVELOPING A HAREM? Apparently that's too much to ask. This brings me back to Malfoid. Here's a huge set of stories written by many different folks, about two fundamentally decent people, raised in very different worlds, struggling with their feelings, their prejudices, their loyalties, and their expectations. Neither is perfect. Neither always knows what they're doing. Sometimes they're absolute idiots. They have something, and we get to watch it develop in story form. The romance isn't about sexual conquest or domination. It's about vulnerability, trust, affection, and the terrifying realization that another human being has become extraordinarily important to you. And people are eating it up. Which brings me to my theory. Malfoid has caused a false vacuum decay in the quantum field of romantic literature. For decades, we've been trapped in a metastable state where the publishing industry insists that men don't want romance, and male readers have been conditioned to believe there isn't any romance worth reading. Now, comes along comes a wholesome little love story about two emotionally constipated school-age British wizards, and suddenly the entire field collapses into a new, lower-energy vacuum state. The resulting energy release is absolutely catastrophic. Instead of gamma radiation annihilating the universe, we're getting seventeen metric gigatons of YEARNING. Turns out men didn't hate romance. They just wanted something worth falling in love with.
Replying to @ShamashAran
What I find particularly interesting about Malfoid is that - it's not romantasy. It's not any of the genres that fanfic usually finds its way into. It's a wholesome, almost old-fashioned story not really like anything being written today.

Any artist can make art for themselves. But to impact other people with it, there has to be at least *some kind* of connection made with said people. The starving artist complaining no one understands them has usually first failed to understand anyone around them.
Does the reader like it? Yes? Next question, moving on.
