Hurt people, hurt people. If you are a leader who has unhealed hurts it’s possible that you’re perpetuating that pain to the people you lead. Do the work to get healed, fully, so you can be the best leader possible.

The culture of an organization has to be rooted in clearly defined values that are communicated, celebrated, honored, and accepted. The values & the culture they reflect must be diligently protected and reinforced or the culture will erode.

If you think you're better based on a position then you’ve stopped yourself from learning from those around you.

Diligence is about work ethic. Diligence refers to the effort you put into your work. Your work doesn’t have to be perfect to be diligent. It’s a matter of the heart. Only you know if you are a diligent worker. Are you putting your best in everything you do?

God is a God of structure and order including the details of our life. In order to be like God we need structure and order.

The downfall to anything begins with doubt and the thought, “Did God really say?”

I have found that we will not be effective in growing God’s kingdom; whether in business or ministry, if we do not know how to hear the voice of God so that we can obey what He’s asking us to do.
