Psychic Connections (VN)

rookfluffy.itch.io/psychic-c… It's finally here, come one, come all, and try the first build of Psychic Connections. (I'm gonna need a day off after this last 48 hour crunch.)

Continuing the trend of hyping the great work folks have been doing the past couple of years as we get closer to our release goal. I wanted to shoutout Likri our BG artist. They put in a lot of great work so that when we do put out that next release it is all custom work.

Folks seemed pretty hype about seeing some of the touchups on the character sprites, but I think @Shiuk did even better with the scene piece touch-ups. (That and the new CGs in general) But what do y'all think? Does the scene hit harder now?

Something asked that I'll confirm. All the characters in the next update (Date-TBD) are now shaded. Designs are finalized, see Aiden who only got a couple minor tweaks look completely transformed by Shiuk's great work! We look forward to bringing more PsyCon in the near future.

There's something incredibly satisfying about having coding/layering issues for so long and then finally getting to a point where all you launch the thing and it doesn't immediately crash and everything looks visually correct. We're so back!

Happy Holidays from the PsyCon crew. The boys are excited to get back to school and get things back on track, but until then, enjoy this festive piece done by the lovely @Mustache_Mutt

Here's hoping this is the last push-back. rookfluffy.itch.io/psychic-c…

We were always super happy with the title-screen changes we did at the end of the last PsyCon build, always nice to look at them and admire them again. Though... something seems different from before...

Oh noooo, I can't believe I *accidentally* posted the wrong promo yesterday with an incorrect logo and date, how silly of me. Anyway, hope you all have a happy April.

I KNOW the wait might seem long but I promise it'll be worth it. Thank you again for everyone being patient and allowing me to take this decade long hiatus.

It's not much, and I'd hoped to have something more for you all this year... but progress IS being made.

I will say, this itch-page redesign is looking pretty good so far...

After conversing with a Dev about Yandere expressions (hi @tennisace_vn), I was thrust into a position to try them on the main cast. ... I was left no choice, honestly.
