Seeing people argue that this is nothing more than a cheap PR win for Xbox, and that is simply not true. Xbox has, and continues to get some valid criticism, but Asha and leadership are really putting in the work to understand the hurdles that the brand has had, and continues to face.
It's not my story to tell, but Asha replying to customer support tickets to understand the nitty gritty of Xbox's problems just scratches the surface on how much effort they are putting in to understand why things went so horribly wrong and how they can turn things around.
