🚨MARCO RUBIO CONFIRMS U.S. TO ROLL OUT DIGITAL ID SYSTEM
Secretary of State Rubio said the U.S. government will soon use facial recognition to authenticate passport photos submitted from a phone or computer, eliminating the need to visit Walgreens or CVS for a passport photo.
Rubio says "Our security system will verify the facial ID" designed to streamline the application process.

青岛市依法惩治虚拟货币领域犯罪的典型案例！！！
这案子里，张某帮受害人注册钱包时拿到了助记词，后面通过助记词把107个 $BTC 分批转走。
关键张某被抓后，说是为了防止 $BTC 被他人“黑掉”而采取的“保护性接管”
经调查，张某把转移的BTC通过多个虚拟货币交易平台层层转移，最终兑换为人民币66万余元，并通过他人银行账户代收。
最终，张某因犯盗窃罪被判有期徒刑10年9个月。（按照售卖的 BTC 66W人民币为根据，如果按市场价折算的话合人民币两千多万。）
这个案子能定盗窃，主要还是证据链比较完整：

这个案件中最值得看的点在于：
虚拟货币不是法定货币，但不代表它没有财产属性
比特币需投入算力、资金等成本获取，具有经济价值；权利人可通过私钥、助记词实现排他性支配与管控。
最后切记：助记词一定一定要保存好!!!
