I appreciate Judge Amon's careful ruling which has dismissed all of the SEC's claims against me. This type of victory over the SEC is quite rare. Let me explain why ETH is so important and why it has sucked in price so far.
First, we must understand that Ethereum is the GATEKEEPER of altseason.
No ETH run means alts stay dead.
The truth is, Ethereum is still down to this day, because this was the least expected outcome for ANYONE.
Everyone is so used seeing the common path to altseason graph that it is ONLY logical for a bull cycle to move in that exact way.
We had Phase 1 for a long time, multiple times actually. But we never had Phase 2, which is crucial to pave the path to Altseason.
And no, to every dummy out there: Soylana did not replace Ethereum. It never will. And neither will Robinhood Chain.
Solana had its own little season, but ultimately it was nothing less than a psy-op to lead the masses into a slaughterhouse. It was a flytrap.
Nothing of value was gained, and nothing of importance is left after the blood bath that solely happened to get money OUT of ETH and large caps, and to liquidate billions.
What is left, is a market that seems exhausted, in chaos and panic, with no clear direction to move to.
It‘s like a group of warriors that was led into an ambush in the canyons.
Stuck in a bottleneck scenario at the ground, they were surrounded by filthy enemies, shooting down arrows and rocks at them from above, causing panic and chaos, with little to nowhere to run to, except for back or forth in a constant change.
Which leads us with this little metaphor to Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is the leader in this legion, but his movements are limited, thus all he can is order his troops back or forth, stuck in a, what seems, hopeless situation.
Hence why you saw BTC moving back and forth from the 90s k range to 100+k for a LONG time. And now it does the same between 77-80.
This is to make you exhausted and give up on hope, on the IDEA of victory. As if any resistance is futile.
You see, this army representing Crypto was well equipped on its march to the enemy's base. All kinds of equipment, years of training, the best soldiers. They were best prepared for this battle.
But they underestimated the terrain. Or rather, the terrain was used AGAINST them because it was the only way to stop this onslaught of heavily armed legion.
And so it is with Crypto. On our march to the peaks of the Bullrun, we were well prepared. We have the best coins and blockchains at hand, we have survived the long bear market and emerged stronger, we have the most bullish news supporting our advance with unlimited financial resources.
But what we underestimated, or many didn't consider, is that OUR enemy, the elite, the market makers, or whoever you want to call the enemy, will do ANYTHING to stop us in our advance.
So that not EVERY warrior reaches their destination alive, so that as many investors as possible give up and surrender their precious coins.
This is all on purpose.
So we never got a real bullrun in 24 & 25, and they had to make you think the 4 year cycle was intact; to crush you mentally even further and accept defeat.
"At least we tried", is what you‘ll think when looking back at the joke of a bull that we got.
But while many soldiers give up, accepting their miserable defeat as fate, there is something that no one has on their radar.
Because the king is a strategist who always has an ace up his sleeve.
And so it will come as a surprise to many when salvation arrives in the form of a Deus Ex Machina and puts the enemy to flight.
The retreat will come quickly when the enemy is suddenly attacked and outwitted within their own walls, opening up the way forward like tidal waves breaking through the dam.
And then the ambush turns out to be a diversionary maneuver, which is described by loose tongues as a LONG-PLANNED MOVE in chess.
All in all, not everything is always as hopeless as it seems.
Sometimes players have to be sacrificed for the greater good.
Because no war can be won without loss, without sacrifice.
For war … WAR NEVER CHANGES.
WARNING.. - We are Mid Cycle!!
Phase 1 - Bitcoin runs.. started in 2022 it is still running albeit after a big mid cycle correct.
Now with business cycle rallying and ism numbers up we are starting to see ethereum:native outperform bitcoin:native.
As far as the macro is concerned crypto sits in a similar place to late 2020, before a huge 2021.
We are not in 2022 - we are not in a ' 4 year cycle came early' environment.
We have rapid expansion that started already and will end within the next 12 months. Then the real bear hits.
Crypto is an asset class sensitive to liquidity and macro environment. The halving is more or less meaningless now and to believe crypto is driven by the calendar is foolish.
