Taking a step back after Richard Heart’s arrest Crypto remains, first and foremost, a speculative market. Some “core” assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, or stablecoins are increasingly viewed by part of the public as investments. Most other tokens, however, are still projects: community-driven products or tech value propositions, with all the risk and volatility that implies. Yesterday’s reported arrest of Richard Heart (according to Turkish media, detained in Istanbul under an Interpol Red Notice requested by Finland in connection with alleged aggravated tax fraud) triggered violent moves across the PulseChain ecosystem tokens (PLS, PLSX, HEX, INC, PRVX, and others). 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝: 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐲. When market depth is that thin, even modest buying or selling flows produce outsized price swings, both up and down. Many people in the PulseChain ecosystem still hope that one day the OA addresses, sacrifice proceeds, or profits made in Ether will be dumped into these projects. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐏𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧. We are well aware that this ecosystem is largely sidelined and poorly regarded by many, in part because of Richard’s marketing communication, which has often been seen as outrageous, very niche, and polarizing. The altcoin market currently appears to be approaching a relative floor. When the cycle eventually turns, the first green candles will mechanically attract liquidity. In that environment, even weak projects can experience violent pumps simply because people chase upside moves. With liquidity this thin, inflows (or outflows) can generate extreme price action. 𝐁𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞. In cold terms: for those whose convictions have not changed, the risk/reward still tends to favor staying in the ecosystem rather than panic-selling in the hope of timing a perfect reversal. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰. If you have both the means and the conviction to average down on weakness, that has historically helped smooth entry prices. These events also act as a filter that, over time, leaves a more resilient community. Liquidity remains very low on most of these tokens. As soon as fresh inflows arrive (when the broader altcoin market turns), some holders will exit immediately. Others will stay. In any case, expect extremely violent moves. Last night, actors external to Richard Heart precisely demonstrated that they were not only resilient but still very much present and active. 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐨 𝐭𝐨 @LibertySwapFi, @piteasio, @Pulse_Scanner, @WhalesonPulse 𝐚𝐧𝐝 @BenSierraPro who showed up to prove that the data is still there and that those who technically support the PulseChain ecosystem remain operational. This simply shows that even if the founder went to prison, disappeared, or died, the ecosystem would continue to function.

This scaffolding theory hits the nail on the head. At launch, we were given what we needed. #PulseChain practices the original core purpose of crypto: self-sovereignty. Today, we take the lessons learned and push them further. Our community is already used to the tools required, what looks like a "scary" IPFS URL to outsiders is recognized as an extra layer of security to us. Low entry costs allow regular people to participate in consensus. Every day we take steps in the right direction, moving forward with lessons taught and learned. 🔑 Not your keys, not your crypto. 🔑 Not your keys, not your validators. Our goal is simple: make consensus participation effortless and continue to push the ceiling of maximum rewards. The higher the rewards, the stronger the incentive to stake, bolstering the entire ecosystem from the ground up. Building better blocks, one day at a time. The settlement layer stays. The tech stack levels up. 🔥
A PulseChain theory I've been thinking about... I think a lot of people are judging the original PulseChain infrastructure as if it was supposed to be the finished product. I don't think it ever was. I think it was scaffolding. Hear me out. When PulseChain launched, it needed four things to exist on day one: • Validators so blocks could be produced. • A bridge so capital could enter the ecosystem. • PulseX so assets had somewhere to trade. • High INC emissions to incentivize liquidity. Without those four things, there is no ecosystem. Remember the bridge during launch?😤 It was taking days to complete transactions because demand was overwhelming it. People initiated a bridge on Monday and sometimes didn't receive funds until Friday. That wasn't because the idea failed. It was because the chain had just been born. Then something interesting happened. Community members began standing up validators. The original bootstrap validators became unnecessary. Those validators were shut down and the PLS was burned instead of remaining in circulation. A complete act of benevolence by the RH team. The network transitioned from bootstrap infrastructure to community infrastructure. Now look at INC. At launch, emissions were extremely generous because PulseX needed liquidity. That incentive worked. Liquidity providers supplied capital, markets formed, and the DEX became functional. Then emissions were gradually reduced. Less inflation. Less incentive driven liquidity. Potentially less sell pressure from newly issued INC. To me, that looks like another bootstrap mechanism being dialed back as the ecosystem matured. Now fast forward to today. We have projects like @zkxwallet and @InternetMoneyio with built in security, privacy integrations, and a far more polished user experience. We have @LibertySwapFi making cross chain movement dramatically easier and aggregators like @piteasio finding you the best route. We have new V3 liquidity solutions that didn't exist at launch. Here's my speculation. What if PulseX was never meant to be the final user experience? What if it was designed to become the economic engine underneath everything else? Modern wallets... Modern bridges... Aggregators... Privacy tools... V3 interfaces... ...all routing activity into the same underlying liquidity layer. In other words: The front end evolves. The settlement layer stays. People keep saying: "PulseX sucks." "The bridge sucks." Maybe we're asking the wrong question.... Maybe those products accomplished exactly what they were supposed to accomplish. Bootstrap the ecosystem. Everything we're seeing now feels less like replacing PulseChain's original infrastructure and more like building mature products on top of it. Just like you remove the scaffolding after a building is complete not because the scaffolding failed, but because it succeeded. One final thought. Richard Heart once said there were multiple teams working on PulseChain. I have no evidence about who is behind today's upgraded ecosystem projects or how they're organized, so I'm not making any claims there. But I do wonder if what we're seeing is the next stage of the architecture finally coming online. Maybe we've spent the last four years judging the scaffolding... ...instead of looking at the building. Curious what everyone else thinks.

Average block times on #PulseChain have increased over the last few days. We have seen similar increases happen historically, but here is what the onchain data points to this time. Theory #1: There are a few different client setups you can run. The lightest one is a nonarchive (pruned) gopulse node, which is what the vast majority of validators run to save on storage costs. I've seen chatter about a potential bug currently affecting this specific node type. Since gopulse is a fork of Geth, this is likely an upstream bug from ETH. What this means: If this theory is right, validators who dont restart or patch their nodes will freeze. When it is their randomly assigned turn to propose a block, their node does nothing. The slot is missed, pushing the block time past the normal 10 seconds. The Self-Healing Mechanism: When these nodes miss their slot to propose, some of their staked PLS is burned as an inactivity penalty. Even if the operators completely abandon their non-archive gopulse nodes, the system will heal itself. As their PLS bleeds below the required validator threshold, they will be forcibly ejected and no longer assigned slots. The validators running different clients (like Erigon) or Archive setups will effectively get a larger share of the block rewards, and the chain will keep turning. 2026-04-27 - Miss Rate 1.33% 2026-04-28 - Miss Rate 1.18% 2026-04-29 - Miss Rate 4.86% The Bullish Takeaway 🐂: Worst case scenario assuming this theory is right? Block times are temporarily a bit slower 🔥 More PLS gets burned. Offline validators are penalized and bleed their staked PLS. 🔥 Higher Base Fee Burn. 🛡️ Unstoppable: The chain is proving its resilience in real-time. Even with validators abruptly dropping offline due to a bug from ETH, PulseChain doesn't halt. It just keeps successfully finalizing blocks and heals itself.

Lets make a more exhaustive list of ways to "get hacked." Many of which I've mentioned before. Weak RNG: Use a wallet with a weak RNG (random number generator.) or other vulnerability. Some mobile wallets had this problem, and some vanity address generators had it too. Someone has a camera watching your screen and you view your seeds. You google a website and a scam site has done SEO or paid to be at the top of the search results Fake "support" messages you by direct message, or on socials to help you with your wallet or problem. Fake support pretends to be the exchange and asks you info they use to login as you and empty you, to "verify your account." You accidentally leak your seed on a livestream (sounds erotic.) You put your seed in plain text somewhere, and someone else finds it. You use a brain wallet with a phrase from a book and people constantly scan the chain for common phrases from books. You used an L2, and the L2 decided to take your money. You used an exchange and they decided to take your money. You used an exchange and they didn't decide to take your money, but got hacked or just exit scammed everyone at once You installed malware. RAT (remote access trojan). Address replacer, (replaces the address you copied with their address instead of the one you wanted.) You fell for vanity addresses made to look like one you've sent to in the past, but sent to you more recently, so when you look at the block explorer it looks like a previous legit address, same beginning and end, but the middle is different. People have lost lots of millions to this one recently, heck I think it's the majority of gas use on Ethereum now. You gave your coins or money to someone else to invest. They lost it / stole it. You fell for a romance scam or pig butchering scam, or AI boss asked me to send money scam or whatever scam of the day is. You installed an evil browswer extension. The front end you used got DNS hijacked and now points to an evil dapp. The X account you follow got hijacked and is now spreading malware links. You installed an ok browser extension but it got bought by, or exploited by evil and auto updated to evil. You set too wide a slippage trading on a DEX and got nuked. The state takes half ur money, cuz, uh, divorce, or whatever reason. You forget your seed words or don't write them down correctly. Some guy at the airport security just images your device and decides to empty whatever wallet he finds. You left a limit order in a wallet with no funds, but then you send funds one day and the stale order fills at a terrible price. Basically, in computers, physical access defeats most countermeasures, so it's wise to not have any unencrypted seed on any single device in a single place ever. You approved a dapp's permissions, but then one day the dapp gets evil, often by using an "upgradeable" proxy contract, becuase you never removed the permissions, or overapproved, or jsut shouldn't have ever used a contract wiht an upgradeable proxy ever, anyway. Oh, yeah, you install malware by doing a job interview, or talking to a reporter, but they're actually just scammers. Devs also fall for this by cloning repo's and installing whatever evil is in them. So the impersonation thing, whether it's for interviews, or investors, or getting hired is a very, very common vector for getting people to install viruses on their machines. People also fall for other kinds of impersonation, people pretending to be their boss, or pretending they need bailed out using AI vids. You use anything with an admin key. I could probably think of more, and I've mentioned the majority of these on here before. Feel free to add.

The domain Vitalik uses for his blog, and some other dapps use I think, has been hijacked. Do not trust anything on eth dot limo till it's unhijacked. cow dot fi was recently dns hijacked as well. Richard Heart things are superior, as usual, because the ipfs hash prevents DNS hijacks, as well as having apps you download locally. We're just better.

We would like to announce our new products: Liberty SDK and Liberty Swap API. By using this set of SDKs and APIs, dApps and integration partners can easily fetch optimal routes, calculate fees, and generate the transaction payloads needed to interact with Liberty Swap (now available) and all other Liberty product contracts (coming soon). This marks the 1-year milestone of our project launching on PulseChain and demonstrates our commitment to its long-term development. With this toolset, we can expand to partners across other ecosystems, integrate into their wallets, dApps, bridge routes, and swap routes, making PulseChain more connected while increasing our protocol’s trading volume over time.

Piteas is heading toward a massive upgrade, routing capabilities will be completely rebuilt from scratch and execution will get some game-changing improvements. We’ll take a one-week break to mentally reset, then this process will fully kick off. The core parts of the development are already done, we’re planning to finalize it within a month and roll out the upgrade in June. This isn’t just minor improvements, it means the entire architecture is being redesigned. Our official AI protocol will be fully activated. It’s been trained on the entire Pulsechain history and liquidity provider algorithms, and it has completed its base testing. This is exactly why we’re making this big move now. Some key points to note for this upgrade 👇 ▪️ Liquidity sources will be handled independently by 4 agents through Piteas native LM, and controlled by a trained 5th module. Some manual liquidity scans will be fully replaced by an autonomous system. ▪️ The homogeneous liquidity approach is changing as well, including additional protections against arbitrage bots. All available liquidity will be accessed 100%, with pure real-time sources free from cache, enabling isolated instant routing. ▪️ Routing capabilities are being completely redesigned. It will scan within a flexible range that expands and contracts based on need. Not going into too much detail for now, let the rest be a surprise. ▪️ Throughout calculation, routing, simulation, and execution, a hidden observer will monitor the process to ensure flawless operation and instantly handle any chain-related issues. ▪️ The final version for tax tokens will be included, permanently solving the known issues. ▪️ On the UI side, a new user protection module will be added. Even if the system is secure, user<>protocol interactions also need protection, so optional shields will be introduced. Unfortunately even if contracts are secure, we can’t fully protect users during interaction, this module will help reduce those risks. ▪️ For the Piteas Token $PTS, phase one is complete. So far 10% of the supply has been fully burned and over 7% is waiting in the burn pipeline. Our deflationary model is working exactly as intended, and our token scarcity philosophy has proven itself independently of recession risks. We’ll all see what phase two brings. ▪️ A portal for partners and API users is also on the way; initially with limited fee charging options, and later evolving into a direct revenue-sharing model. On top of all this, limit order aggregation, DCA, and experimental strategy-based trading algos are being developed on the Pday side and will be fully compatible with this new architecture. Once ready, they’ll be integrated directly into the core, turning Piteas into a full trading terminal. This will also be the first step toward an open-source expansion, allowing external contributors to join over time. As always, Piteas will continue to be the leading protocol on Pulsechain, no doubt about it. For now, a short break… then we’re coming back full force! 🧙‍♂️🧙‍♀️🧙 cc: @RichardHeartWin

Good morning, PulseChain friends! A new week has begun, and our team will keep pushing boundaries to create features and software that other chains simply don’t have. Our goal is to make Liberty products unique and PulseChain more competitive. The new product we’re working on will attract strong capital flow from EVM networks. Even if that capital doesn’t stay on PulseChain, having a robust and free flow of money through our protocol will bring more attention to both PulseChain and our products. Rather than spending money on advertisements, we’re investing in building reliable, free infrastructure.

$37.5M in stablecoins are currently sidelined on PulseChain. That’s tens of millions in idle capital, sitting just one decision away from deployment. With liquidity relatively thin, even a fraction of this rotating back in could move our core coins up really fast. The real question is, when do they start deploying and where do you think the money starts to flow into first? 👀
