I got it in my car 3 times. Once, sold out before I even got to pay. Twice, I got told to remove it before I could continue. wtf, @NintendoAmerica ?!?
Why can @NintendoFrance get it right by having a sign up and one item per account, but not you?!
If @NintendoAmerica really wants to tug at our heart strings, they should replay these ads.

Sony is arguing in court that “reasonable consumers” wouldn’t be misled into thinking they actually OWN the digital games they pay for.
Okay… then stop presenting “BUY” like it means ownership.
I buy digital games. I LIKE digital games.
But if we’re paying $70-$80 for licenses that companies ultimately control, consumers deserve clear terms AND the option to buy physical.
Choice shouldn’t be controversial.

PlayStation India is reportedly blacklisting media outlets for their coverage of their plan to end physical game discs, claiming “it puts them in bad light”🚀
PlayStation India’s PR Agency has allegedly blocked media outlets on WhatsApp and telling others not to expect access to Matvel Tokon, Wolverine and the likes, due to their coverage of the events regarding ending physical game media.
If this is true, then this is another example of Sony’s unethical policies that aim to censor media outlets and creators for merely reporting or criticizing a decision.
❌Can you trust this company with your money?
❌Can you trust them not to take away your digital games like they took away 500 movies without compensation?
❌Can you trust any review about them, knowing well they might have threatened media to only give positive reviews?
❌Can you trust that they won’t attempt to censor players and creators for any criticism or reporting?
