A big thanks to Bradley’s Centra Maghera and Burger & Co for their support this year. Their support is invaluable, without it opportunities for races and training camps in Britain and Europe would not be possible. With these opportunities I’ve recorded 14 PB’s in my last 17 races

A big thanks to @JKCOACHES for their support this year. Their support is invaluable, without it opportunities for races and training camps in Britain and Europe would not be possible. Thankfully, I’ve made the most of these opportunities with PB’s in every distance from 1500m-10K

Some of today's heroes.
Unfortunately big Andrew and Finn had to leg it back to Dublin to catch flights.
One of the best team performance in our clubs long history?

In a somewhat difficult & pressurised month, I am incredibly proud of my mental strength, toughness and resilience to go sub 3 twice in a fortnight & set consecutive PBs at Budapest Marathon and then @dublinmarathon. My fourth Marathon of 23 with 3 Under 3. I feel very blessed 💙

Well done to Chris & Joan. Great running in horrible conditions. Thanks to @TafeltaAC for another really enjoyable friendly track meet 👏
Please find attached the results from last night’s ‘Night of 5000s’ hosted by @TafeltaAC at Meadowbank Sports Arena. A huge well done to all athletes in extremely tough conditions; cold, rain and wind.

I strongly agree with this. Athletes outside of the Ulster province should be encouraged to race and take prize money but titles should go to clubs and individuals within the province.

I think the title should only go to a club from NI&Ulster as it is the NI&Ulster Champs, a lot like in swimming for provincial champs, only local athletes qualify for medals but athletes from elsewhere still get a commemorative medal if they would’ve placed in the medals
