Report from the Stanchart Nairobi Marathon. A good day in the office! The weather was perfect for running, and the hydration was on point. A personal best (PB)! Uganda was very well represented, with hundreds of runners turning up for the race.

If you're interested in maintaining a specific pace or break a record, make sure you go to front of the pack at the startline, get there early.... preferably when the lot before you leaves. Otherwise you'll be batched up trying to make your way through the crowd for upto 3km
