Today, Pyramid Systems recognizes Columbus Day and Indigenous Peoples’ Day, a time to reflect on the many perspectives, histories, and contributions that have shaped our nation.
We acknowledge the spirit of exploration and discovery, and we honor the rich cultures, histories, and lasting contributions of Indigenous peoples across the country.
To our employee owners, our partners, and the federal community we serve: we hope today brings a moment to learn, reflect, and spend time with the people who matter most.

HUD O&M contract awarded.
The General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded Pyramid Systems a contract to continue providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).
The contract supports HUD's Office of Single Family Housing (SFH) and FHA Catalyst, and brings O&M for both programs under a single contract vehicle.
We're proud to continue our longstanding partnership with HUD. Thank you to our delivery, business development, proposal, and corporate teams who made this possible.

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage of the heroes who responded in our nation’s time of need. As we mark 25 years since that tragic day, we reflect on the resilience, unity, and strength that continue to define us.

Last month, we introduced the AIR-Quire Advisory Board. This week, we put that experience to work.
Our inaugural Advisory Board gathered in person at Pyramid Systems for a full-day working session focused on the future of AIR-Quire and the future of federal acquisition.
This wasn’t a ceremonial kickoff. It was a working session.
We brought together leaders with decades of experience across federal acquisition, technology, transformation, and industry to challenge our thinking, pressure-test the platform, and help ensure AIR-Quire is solving the real-world problems acquisition professionals face every day.
The goal is ambitious: help federal teams move at mission speed without sacrificing compliance, governance, transparency, or accountability.
Throughout the day, the conversation was candid, thoughtful, and incredibly valuable. We walked away with sharper priorities, new perspectives, and an even stronger roadmap for what comes next.
That’s exactly why this Advisory Board exists.
AIR-Quire isn’t being developed in a vacuum. It’s being shaped with guidance from people who have led acquisition and transformation at the highest levels of government and industry.
To Timothy Rund, Tara Carcillo, Greg Giddens, Crystal Philcox, and Jim Williams — thank you for your time, your candor, and your commitment to helping us build something that can make a meaningful difference for the federal acquisition community.
We’re just getting started.

Long before they founded Pyramid Systems, Jeff Hwang and Sherry Hwang met as students on the Georgia State University campus. Two young people from Taiwan, far from home, building a future one class at a time.
Today, they're making sure the next generation gets that same chance.
Both earned their degrees in Computer Information Systems at Georgia State's J. Mack Robinson College of Business. That education became the foundation for their careers, their marriage, and the company they would go on to build together. They never forgot where it started.
In 2010, Jeff and Sherry established the Jeff and Sherry Hwang Scholarship, an endowed fund at the Robinson College, to help students pursuing the same path they once walked. In the years since, they've returned to that commitment again and again, with additional gifts in 2011 and 2017 bringing their giving to $250,000.
Now they're opening a new chapter. Through the Hwang AI Scholar Initiative, a $50,000 gift, they're supporting students in Georgia State's new Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Business Transformation, launching this fall, and helping prepare the next generation to lead in an AI-driven economy.
All told, their commitment to Georgia State now stands at $300,000. Fifteen years of giving back to the place that gave them their start. Not a single gesture, but a belief lived out over time: that opportunity is meant to be passed on.
Congratulations, Jeff and Sherry. Everyone at Pyramid Systems is proud to call you our founders.

Justice moves at the speed of its systems.
We're proud to share that Pyramid Systems has been selected to modernize the Client Management System (CMS) for the Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia (PSA/DC).
PSA/DC supports the courts in the nation's capital. It gathers information on newly arrested defendants, makes release recommendations, and supervises those released pending trial, all in service of pretrial justice and community safety. The CMS is central to that work, and we're honored to help carry it into its next generation.
Our approach is the one we've proven across agencies like HUD, FDIC, DHS, and SEC: modernize in phases, keep the legacy system running without disruption, and deliver value early and often. That means cloud migration, Agile DevSecOps, automated pipelines, and security built in from the start, delivered by a senior team that hits the ground running.
For three decades, Pyramid has helped federal agencies modernize the systems their missions depend on. We're grateful for the opportunity to do it again here.
Congratulations to the team that made this happen.

Honoring Our Fallen Heroes This Memorial Day
This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the courageous men and women of our Armed Forces who gave their lives in service to our nation.
