To follow-up, we have now shipped the first minor release of Pyronaut (pyronaut.io)! 🔥 This one includes @GraalVM Native Images optimised with PGO so startup and performance is even better when executing in native. python3 -m pip install --upgrade 'pyronaut==0.1.0'

We at least want to compete! Here is the @FastAPI full stack templated ported to @Pyronautfw github.com/micronaut-project… up to 6x times the throughput in terms of performance and all running in a single VM (Java, GraalPy and GraalJS) 🔥🔥

pip install pyronaut 😎

Pyronaut hello world with Python in main.py: from micronaut.http.annotation import Get @Get("/hello") def index() -> str: return "Hello World" pyronaut dev main.py
