A couple of months ago this dog was chained to an RV on Skid Row and set on fire to settle a drug debt. Luckily a bystander was able to rescue the dog before she was killed. This is her today. Same spot. Chained again. Vulnerable. And to be clear, this dog’s owner was offered everything for years. Food, vet care, housing. But she refuses and the dog suffers.
