You remove the £14 credit because "part of the qualifying order was returned" despite the amount spent still being over the £70 threshold. After discussion with "Customer Service" the only resolution is, in future to "put each of the purchases through as individual transactions"!

Facebook is weird. Report a comment for use of homophobic and abusive language and "it doesn't violate our community guidelines". Post that someone is a sheep for posting a comment without research and get an auto warning saying my comment may be bullying or harassment! 🤷‍♀️

@VirginAtlantic downloaded our tickets today. We're a little disappointed to find the voucher for private transport we've booked specifies 1 hand luggage and 1 check in per person. Additional bags are $20 each! So the transfer could cost us an additional $40 each way!

Just found it mentioned at the bottom of the original booking invoice. Not mentioned on the transfer booking section, buried away after the notes that there may be seaweed.
