Frustrated with QuickBooks

It's not enough that they are dumping IOP and trying to steal our clients, but on the last payroll of the quarter their system crashed 15 min before deadline. YAY. Switch to #payrollrelief @PowerAccountant #QB suxs!

I know 1 client using QB online Core Payroll, and for the second year in a row they didn't bother to file any state forms until I called in and prompted them to. No reason why, they have everything. If you have #Quickbooks Core Payroll, make sure your filings are done correctly!

Hi @QuickBooks please fix your customer service. Call QB Pres office, hung up on 5 times before someone finally speaks. Chat-ppl put you on hold for ridiculous times, AND don't answer ?s, don't create cases, and end chat without answering. OMG!!!!!

It would be nice if @intuit workforce would work correctly all the time, and have a department to talk to rather than a backend team that never hears from scathing workers not able to access their paystubs.

Now realizing that #Quickbooks Desktop reports for PPP are wrong reports-still have to cut and paste to create correct #PPPRelief reports. Oh QB, what an epic fail. No IOP reports, desktop aren't in line with application rules, and I would hate to see what #QBO reports look like

After seeing that QB refuses to help w/ PPP reports to IOP users, I'm done. It takes 7 reports to pull the correct info & cut/paste together, while @QBO and desktop provide. Bogus! What am I supposed to tell customers who can't figure out what to pull? I tell them GO TO @ADP

Locked out of #QuickBooks for 500th time this week, like every week. Forces clear cache/cookies deletion, causing chaos for all saved banking sites. No matter which browser you use. Anyone else have this issue? Wonder why they can't take all that money they make and FIX IT?

Y does IOP not have payroll reports for PPP like their other programs, #QBO & QBD? & y is it that you can never check off that a final quarterly return is the final return on any of these 3 programs? Archaic for a software program promoting to be cutting edge #Quickbooks #Intuit

#Quickbooks wants to support Payroll clients and doesn't understand how banking holidays work. FYI, July 3rd is not a bank holiday. american.bank/bank-holidays If you have payroll with QB...run to #ADP and #Paychex, runnnnnnnn.....

Is it weird that an agent chat at #QuickBooks requires an hour for an answer, over a call that would take 5 min or less?

2 yrs ago I started working with #QuickBooks on verifying an owner for camps account access, & it was MESSED UP by that team. Now we have more issues-its like a cat chasing tail. BTW, this is my 3rd issue this month with the camps team-no one to talk to and no one is fixing. 🤪

Get this: you can have an online free payroll account if your an accountant on QBO, but not on IOP. Fun :) Maybe makes sense to rip off the people who bring you clients in every direction-already stealing their payroll clients by moving them to CORE with no choice.

IOP by #QuickBooks, CSR's know nothing

When #QuickBooks gets rid of all of it's phone numbers to all departments and filters you through one call center. Apparently your time is very valuable to them 🙄

The #QuickBooks online upload invoice feature now doesn't allow for customer address. Seems when they were raising prices to "add features", they had to trim the fat. I can only image the weight of this feature. Godspeed if you ever have to mail an invoice.
