Not a bad day at the NSCA National Conference here in New Orleans!! Didn’t take a lot of pictures, was too busy just absorbing everything I could
Had a great EARLY workout at Westbank Athletic Club then enjoyed breakfast sitting in my room looking out at the New Orleans sunrise!!
Bert and Bill showed me how to use the Sorinex Back Attack (I’m so sore I’ve been struggling to walk all day!!!)
Finished off with a great dinner with Coach Yox, Craig Sowers and a few other great coaches and of course my dear friend Kathryn
Coach Yox told me, ‘You’re living your best life!!!’
