For the record: due to my recent public statements and posts, I have received threats to my safety and the safety of my family from a group of individuals who are using voice-to-skull/RNM technology. I am formally documenting these concerns for legal purposes. I also want to state clearly that I am not suicidal, not suffering from any condition that impairs my judgment, and I have no intention of committing any crime.
Crypto is full of scams, just look at the FTX collapse, where billions vanished and everyday people got burned. Remember, if you make gains on crypto in NYC or NJ, those profits still must be reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Crypto isn’t off the grid, taxes still apply.
I am documenting concerns that individuals I believe are harassing and torturing me may attempt to misuse the justice system by minimizing their involvement, claiming ignorance, or presenting selective narratives to avoid accountability. I also remain cautious of performative sympathy or false empathy being used to undermine or discredit my experiences.

I live in New York City and have been targeted and tortured with voice-to-skull/RNM technology since at least 2021. The group doing this to me and other non-consenting civilians consider it a “family business.” They use one another to further their goals, that’s why no one comes forward. It is tied to Nasdaq, Wall Street, the stock market. The media is involved. A lot of perps are connected to the NYC and Los Angeles, California celebrity clout chasing scene.
Technology companies like Microsoft have invested interest in the non-consenting experimentation. Microsoft Azure is used and so are other AI systems. The ones targeting me and other non-consenting civilians use AI chatbots, cryptocurrency, and prediction markets/assassination markets.
I believe that the money involved and gained in the targeting is so extensive, that a lot of those participating in its ecosystem are not fully aware of how it works. The money rolls in, but no one is asking who’s being exploited.
The media is one of the most powerful forces in the republic, when it speaks truth, it informs; when it distorts, it misleads millions. History has shown this, from the fallout of Watergate scandal to modern misinformation battles.
