Riftbound proactively improves their player experience in the same week Bandai has angered the entire western #GCG community with an embarrassing continental championship tournament format (that puts Japan at a significant competitive advantage), top placement prizing that Japan gets for participation, and participation prizes recycled from local events.
Bandai can so easily rectify this issue by making all finals B03 Sideboard and providing participation amuros to all players. All we want is parity with Japan.
Riftbound 2027 Regional Qualifiers will now start on Fridays instead of Saturdays to combat the long play days!

My good friend @QuakeDrop71 recently brought to my attention to the decline on prizing for regionals, personally I've experienced heavy delays on stuff like Evo cup kits, promo cards and more

Why has participation prizing declined so much to the point they even took away the tiny rubber memory counter prize? Did Bandai have to cut another corner for prizing at the 2nd highest level of competitive play?
