Friday QI fact- the first mistake in changing culture is thinking its someone else’s job. Staff won’t talk if there is no trust. Start building it slowly. It will create innovation. Listen to each other.

For any project to get going, it needs an AIM. What are you trying to accomplish ? It’s the first step in the model for improvement. The team should agree a measurable and time sensitive AIM that is ⤵️ SMART. Check out @TheIHI for their aim statement work sheet.
