Alors pardon. Et au travail.

There’s something I’ve observed during the progression of @BlackholeDEX as a project.
I find it deeply interesting.
To put it simply:
It’s the fact that price drifted lower and lower as more supply was emmited.
Let me explain why.
Emissions didn’t come as a surprise at all. They were all scheduled since day 1.
According to a semi-strong efficient market hypothesis, one would think such emissions would be PRICED IN days, maybe a couple weeks after launch.
I mean, this is publicly available information.
Tokenomics were clear, @elliotrades was clear about the strategy behind such emissions.
Yet… u can see price action is sht and I’d argue emissions r the main reason why it is that way.
We experience a big rally after launch, then drift lower and lower for months.
People act as if emissions r a surprise (I see this in Discord all the time).
But it isn’t. At all.
Let me explain why I’m emphasizing this so much.
If we understand the premise that, in this market (crypto), market participants r not sophisticated enough to price some very simple and predictable factor in,
This means price drifts lower and lower for months.
BUT over time, this creates a dislocation. An ineficiency in price.
Since market participants can’t even discount future emissions, they’re also likely unable to price $BLACK as a whole correctly.
I mean, as a business.
At some point, sentiment gets so bad that price drifts excessively lower.
Because just as they failed to discount future emissions in the beginning,
They also fail at incorporating the fact that emissions as a % of total supply and emissions themselves are drifting lower every week.
This means: Opportunity.
The market is slow to realize emissions are not that high anymore or that it’ll get significantly lower in 3-6 months.
So price naturally gets into extremely oversold territory.
Understand this:
The same factor that allowed price to drift so low is the same factor that’ll cause an aggressive repricing when market participants figure out emissions r progressively less impactful.
This is why I think this sort of DEX offers such assymetric opportunity for smart investors.
I’ll make another post outlining why exactly I decided $BLACK was my favourite project for the upcoming bull run.
But note this is fundamentally one of the pilars of my thesis.
(btw this is one of the main reasons why @aeroxyz investors were able to get 100x returns in a matter of 4-5 months or so).

Crypto is in such sad situation rn.
I'm trynna find good projects to invest in (outside of the majors)
And nothing seems interesting. Even after these huge drawdowns, everything seems extremely overvalued.
Coins r still launching (in Coinlist) at stupid high valuations and somehow ppl r still buying those launches. Why?
I'm looking at projects with 0 distribution and very very unclear PMF with also not a clear value accrual path with over 100M FDVs.
Enso, Reya, Pipe, 375ai to name a few.
Even after retracing over 50% from their initial sales (some even more than that), I still find all of them quite expensive to buy.
Lots of unlocks coming and, again, PMF and distribution r just not there.
Seems like the only ones doing well r exchanges (who get listing fees and trading volume), launchpads and founders who raise at such absurd valuations.
NOT ONLY THAT. I'm also trying to find older projects and damn.
Take a look at @Lifinity_io for example:
November 2024,
These guys were making in 2 days what they made in the last 30 in revenue. Yet price is LITERALLY the same.
This sort of pricing makes me think everyone is extremely greedy, even though F&G indicator said "extreme fear" and went below 10 like a week ago.
Retail is ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN a recovery is coming and they haven't sold yet.
Therefore, most alts are still heavily overvalued.
Yes, at least they're not buying absolute garbage rn (memecoins, 2B FDV little gaming tokens (looking at u, $PIXELS), etc).
But they're refusing to sell their "safe" bets with the intensity a scared market tends to sell.
So I guess what I'm trynna say is:
There's mostly NO opportunities in the altcoin market rn. I will stick with the majors and buying a bit of @BlackholeDex until further notice.
And yes that's one of the very very few projects which can actually justify their valuation with REAL revenues, even though volume has dropped significantly for the last 3 months or so.
Seems to me like people r over panicking bc of token emissions, even though they're programmed, decaying and even if u look forward 6 months of emissions and add that to FDV,
STILL makes a lot more sense than a lot of other projects out there.
These r my current thoughts on the market.
Make sure to like and follow if u enjoyed the read.

I paid the subscription for Dr. Michael Burry's Substack so I can read first-hand his views on the current market.
So far he's written 4 articles. 3 of them specifically related to the AI bubble.
Here's my summary of part 1:
"The cardinal sign of a bubble: Supply-side gluttony"
On the first part of the article, Burry's trying to dissuade us from the mainstream narrative, supported by the FED president (and many other market participants),
Who say "this time is different".
They all say "there are real Revenues this time", so it must be a whole different thing than what happened in 2000.
He differs. Says most of the NASDAQ run up during the 90s came to fruition thanks to to the so called "Four Horsemen" of the era.
He argues most of the present narrative and "memories" about that time comes from stocks which actually arrived quite late to the whole move.
(Stocks like WebVan, Ask Jeeves, Pets dot com)
These launched between 1999 and 2000 and so arguably, most of the run up was NOT because of them (duh).
He then goes on to show this very interesting chart:
He's drawing parallels between the money spent during the .com era (On infrastructure related to Fiber/Routers) and the amount of spending happening today (related to Data centers/GPUs)
OVERBUILT SUPPLY is the name of the game.
One of the most relevant pieces of information is this:
PEAKS in Valuations tend to happen BEFORE the peaks in spending.
He also highlights the fact that only 5% of the data infrastructure built during the bubble was actually lit. Quite astonishing tbh.
...
I'll post part 2 of this summary soon.
Lmk if u guys enjoy this type of content.

What u see on ur X timeline is not statistically significant mate.
Unless ur looking at X data as a whole (sentiment indicators) ur own opinion is not rlly meaningful.
What u ought to observe is real market data which indicates hope, bullishness, bearishness, etc.
For ex, u look at funding rates, what do u see? Very normal/positive rates. Meaning ppl are not shorting this. They're buying the dip and using leverage to do so.
Short term holder accumulation, what do u see? They're buying the dip. Long term holders? They're selling hard.
Data is what u look at not how u feel about ur X timeline.

U should know tho…
When there’s no headline, that means a FUNDAMENTAL reason for the dump is much more likely to be taking place.
The lack of headlines simply means retail doesn’t get to join the party, to sell the news.
It’s much more scary if headlines aren’t there.
Now, when headlines arrive (and trust me they will arrive), that’s when all the big players already sold aka we’ve bottomed.
A very typical sell the news event. That’s when its time to buy.

I think it makes sense when u look at it like this:
Bitcoin is a liquidity barometer. Which means it is highly sensible to short term changes in liquidity, especially in the USA.
Rn USA is facing deep liquidity issues.
IMO the BTC consistent dump means it is signaling liquidity issues r deeper than we see from the outside.
That’s my current take
Gach | Crypto Quant retweeted
I don’t like to brag… but it kinda seems like the analysis was spot on 👀
This is WHY old alts r pumping IMO: (scary af)
U see, there's a very profitable strategy when crypto alts r underperforming,
It consists of grabbing any coin with "bad" price behavior (say, something like GALA, DOT, ETC, FIL, etc)
And shorting the s**t out of them on any CEX.
But u don't want to be net short in crypto, that's very dangerous in such a volatile market.
So what u do is u open a BTC long with same size and leverage.
This means ur essentially capturing the underperforming spread between BTC and said coin.
So far so good. But... what's the risk?
Exactly what's happening RIGHT NOW. That's ur biggest fear if ur living off of that strategy.
Coins pump 30-100% in a couple days. This means positions get liquidated even if ur only 2x leveraged.
Everything falls apart.
What happens next? These people will run out of liquidity. They wont last more than a week.
Then... they'll have to close their BTC longs.
This is the fundamental reason why old coins' pump always precede a BTC dump.
So yea, a BTC dump is next. Expect very negative price action after this pump is over.
I say next 7-14 days will be ugly af. Only time will tell.

This is exactly how it feels.
It’s sad but I think it might be bc of the realization that Bitcoiners were mostly right. 99% of alts shouldn’t exist. It’s all made with the intent of taking money away from the people.
That’s the market getting wiser IMO.
U can see how real projects do get adoption and “belief”. The ones like Hyperliquid, Avalanche, Solana, Virtuals…
It’s the people that are actually building something useful which does have the intent of getting the tokens to accrue value.
This makes a lot of sense. Means Crypto is becoming more like a decentralized stock market.

Ok so I think this requires a whole post on its own bc its a very interesting take that needs to be addressed seriously.
Some context: He's trynna argue why we can't rlly expect the same sort of performance $AERO had with $BLACK.
So, the key points our friend @stargazer2077 claims here are:
a) Aero being the key/main *DEX* on base.
b) Black is planning to do the same aka become the main DEX in Avalanche.
c) But AVAX is much smaller and also there's a lot more competition in the chain.

If you're investing in @BlackholeDex, this is for you.
We've all seen @elliotrades talk about how BlackHole is following @aeroxyz playbook.
So, I decided to study $AERO's history and see what we can expect for $BLACK.
Expect to see a bit of bullish p*rn:

Major bottom confirmation.
We’re nearing a breakout similar to April and June — be patient, the biggest move is ahead.
Macro hurdles this week may bring volatility, but dips are opportunities to average in.
Sign up to @altcoinvector and @bitcoinvector to get the game plan.
We’re in the reset phase.
The last 7 times this signal triggered since 2024, it marked a major bottom.
What happened next?
🔵 BTC rallied +20–30%
🔵 Altcoins surged +50–150%
We track this with the most accurate tops & bottoms signal in the market:
Aggregated Impulse, by @altcoinvector.
It measures exponential price structure across the top 350 assets.
What’s it telling us now?
🔴 22% of altcoins show negative impulse.
Historically, bottoms form in the 15–25% zone.

This is the best thread I’ve read on stables 👏
You may not be aware of @asymmetryfin — launching two y-stables (one goes live tomorrow).
Built from the ground up for Stablecoin 3.0:
• USDaf — conservative, yield-bearing (backed by sfrxUSD, sDAI, scrvUSD, wBTC, tBTC, sUSDe, sUSDS, cbBTC)
• AmpUSD — elastic y-stable backed by rebasing $AMPL (think volatility-sponging synthetic cash)
Both plug into a programmable cashflow engine:
→ veASF votes direct yield and boost vaults
→ Multiply turns $100 into $1,800+ TVL via native leverage
→ No wrappers. No oracle games. No off-chain rebalancing.
In your terms:
✓ Cashflow infrastructure
✓ Composable y-stables
✓ Built-in leverage loop
✓ Governance-owned liquidity
Backed by Fidelity (like Ethena). But they’re not chasing delta-neutral — they’re building programmable monetary policy from first principles.
Feels like the only Stablecoin 3.0 play with its own internal flywheel.
$ASF is the gov token.
Happy to jam more if you’re exploring.

So, what tends to happen when automation disrupts an industry is society is reshaped.
New industries are formed, new categories of products are created.
U know, we didn’t have software developers of any kind 50 years ago.
We didn’t have factory workers 200 years ago.
New industries will emerge around AI implementation, training, optimizing, etc.
Also some industries will be created that we simply can’t imagine today.
Will society be way more efficient and productive? Yes.
Will this increase in efficiency translate into better lifestyles for people?
The answer is 100% yes over the long term, maybe not over the short term.
Because, as seen in the last 50 years, there are scenarios in which our life standards can and will stagnate if the goverment is actively trying to kill the middle class, even when the economy is “growing” in nominal terms.
Interventionism, centralization, money printing… it will lead to benefits being capture by elites and not avg people.

So basically I think whats happening is most of these KOLs were in their payroll at one time or another.
So they show some sort of “respect” for the project even though it’s objectively a piece of sht which should’ve taken 1/10 of the capital and 1/6 of the time to build what they built.
This is what makes this space so full of bs.
People have loyalty to projects, not to the truth or to their audiences and no one seems to hold them accountable.

A "whale magnet", built by defi experts and backed by nothing more than Fidelity's Venture arm.
Fun fact: Fidelity has backed ONLY 2 stablecoin protocols so far:
- Ethena
- Asymmetry
I think it's valuation is "reasonable" rn bc it's a very complex product so most market participants NEED the product to be released and adopted before they realize "holly fck this is actually very useful and attractive for whales".
Also most people are not able to make a distinction of competent vs incompetent teams.
Good news is: Products (stablecoins) are very close to be released.
Slowly, then all at once...
USDaf will be a whale magnet.
✅ Immutable forever: No party can ever upgrade/interfere
✅ Fully on-chain, independent Chainlink Oracles
✅ Secondary fallback Curve Oracles (Only Asymmetry has this framework)
✅ Liquity Code: 9x audited & passed a $350k open-audit competition
✅ User-set FIXED interest rates

hmmmm good question.
So… first thing that comes to my mind is crypto bc crypto is what got me very interested into economics, finances, investing and it simply has returned very good money for myself.
But, thinking further: Why did I get into crypto?
Because I was looking for a way to generate money online.
And there was 1 book which motivated me to do that: The 4 hour work week by Tim Harris.
So I’d say that’s a very good read.
Also, the book rich dad poor dad by R. Kiyosaki rlly got me inspired and allowed me to believe that it wasn’t rlly that hard to become wealthy as most people tend to believe.
Fundamentally, I think anyone who’s curious and likes to dive deep into subjects they like will find success, one way or another.
Reading books consistently puts u a world ahead of 95% of people, I can tell u that. No one fcking reads these days and those who do read like 3 books a year (or even worse, read useless fiction books and novels).
There are all these geniuses writing all these books about virtually any topic u can think of, sharing insights worth thousands at 20$ a book (sometimes cheaper). And most ppl r stuck on reels and/or gaming.
That’s my view. Sorry if it’s too long lol.
