Why is the entire Financial Industry terrified of this man? Loans without Banks Trades without Exchanges Contracts without Lawyers He invented and patented a trustless solution for Peer to Peer Capital Markets. US11196566B2, ‘246, ‘579 + IPR2023-00751 This tech removes - Market Manipulation, - Counter-Party Risk and, - the Middleman that fails to add value. This is disruption to the Nth degree. They attacked him. They defamed him. They censored him. They stole his IP to use it against you. Time to stand up! Their game is almost over! The element of truth, verified.

This tells me everything I need to know about @PeterSchiff. He interviewed this clown, but has yet to acknowledged @ReggieMiddleton. Due diligence and be mindful who you follow.
Since our 2022 debate, gold is up 116%. HEX is down 99.6%. Richard Heart laughed through the whole thing. Only one of us is still laughing.

Less than 500 left for sale! Get your SmartMetal!!
Introducing SmartMetals for beginners: A P2P digital barter system designed to disintermediate finance. No central exchange, no matching engine, and no house account. You can purchase the commemorative #SmartMetals silver rounds from quantum-metals.co.nz/shop/ra…. The SmartMetal network is a separate, under-development value transfer product designed to be used by owners of the commemorative precious silver. It combines ancient barter principles with futuristic tech: 🔹 Discovery: A public bulletin board (discovery only, no auto-matching). 🔹 Negotiation: Private, end-to-end encrypted chat. 🔹 Settlement: Non-custodial, wallet-to-wallet atomic swaps using an HTLC ("both or neither"). The core innovation is "compliance-by-design"—an architecture that avoids custody & matching to navigate global regulatory triggers. The business model is also unique, using a SaaS-like IP License Fee instead of per-trade fees. See the full vision in our layman's deep-dive video explainer short below... #SmartMetals #DeFi #P2P #FinTech #RegTech #AtomicSwap #Innovation

SIX DEGREES OF VERI: KYC / KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER KYC doesn’t have to mean surrendering control of your identity. Receipts: Veritaseum's ’566 family is cited by Civic. Civic is cited by tZERO. tZERO is cited by JPMorgan. That is a real citation trail. What does that suggest? Maybe the future of Know Your Customer should not be a world where banks, exchanges, or institutions own the keys to your personal data. Maybe the better model is this: - You hold your identity. - You control access. - You decide who can verify what. - You revoke access when you want. They verify what they need, without owning your life. No more honeypots for hackers to attack. That is the bigger idea here. Not just compliance. Not just KYC. But a different architecture for trust, privacy, and control. If the foundational tech points toward peer-to-peer value transfer and low-trust / zero-trust systems, then it also raises a serious question: Why should JPMorgan control your KYC data? Why should anyone else? Maybe they shouldn’t. Maybe there is a better way to store, attest, and share personal data, where the individual stays in control. That’s what makes this SIX DEGREES OF VERI so interesting. A citation trail is not proof of infringement. But it can show where the ideas went. The element of truth, verified.
SIX DEGREES OF VERI: AUTOMOTIVE We wanted to see what a foundational patent looks like. This road trip reached Ford and Toyota in two. VERITASEUM ’566 FAMILY -> ALLSTATE -> FORD VERITASEUM ’566 FAMILY -> ALLSTATE -> TOYOTA Each arrow means “is cited by.” First stop: Allstate. Its granted patent US10341309B1 cites WO2015171580A1, an international publication of the ’566 patent family. From there, the trail branches: Ford - US10638281B1 Method and apparatus for shared telematics services Toyota - US11961059B2 Information processing system, information processing method and non-transitory storage medium Same middle node. Two automotive giants. Two documented citation paths. No GPS required. Just follow the references. Name an industry. Follow the patent trail. The element of truth, verified. --- A citation trail is not proof of infringement, licensing, or implementation. It documents a connection in the patent record.

The real David (Reggie) Vs Goliath story xitter.cf/SovereignRiz/status/20…
This is what a foundational patent looks like. The ’566 patent family is now cited by 158 patent families. And look at who shows up: Wells Fargo — 10 Ripple — 6 Bank of America — 1 But the first-generation citations are only the beginning. Those 17 Wells Fargo, Ripple and Bank of America patent families generated 334 secondary citation relationships downstream. Then it keeps going. Follow the chain far enough and you get: ’566 → Ripple → Bank of America → JPMorgan JPMorgan shows up another generation downstream with 12 patent families in the citation network we traced. Think about what that means. A patent with priority going back to May 9, 2014 sits upstream of patent portfolios built by some of the largest financial institutions in the world. And this is only three companies. The broader ’566 citation network includes names such as NASDAQ, Mastercard, IBM (purchased by Circle USDC), Coinbase and many more. Patents don't prove that every later product infringes. But citations leave receipts. And these receipts form one hell of a trail. Question everything.

Mike, I would ask you to look at United States Securities and Exchange Commission v. Middleton(1:19-cv-04625). courtlistener.com/docket/160… The VeriDAO filed an amicus brief in SEC v Ripple as well. courtlistener.com/docket/198… Your words here ring less than hollow. Hester and her co-commissioners crushed early innovators. One of these cases is STILL ongoing, any comment other than a revisionist post would be nice!

JP of Paris was MSM lobotomised. Good anti-racist JP
At first, Jean-Pierre did not understand. He watched the evening news, paid his taxes, voted responsibly and believed what respectable people told him. 1. France needed immigration because the economy needed workers. 2. Diversity was an opportunity. 3. Public services were under pressure because they lacked funding. 4. Disorder at school was caused by inequality. 5. Crime statistics required context. 6. Anyone who connected these things too quickly was probably an extremist. Then his children started coming home from school saying they could barely hear the teacher. Half the lesson was spent restoring order. Teachers changed constantly. Some simply disappeared for weeks. Jean-Pierre complained once, politely. The administration explained that the situation was “challenging” and that the school was developing an “inclusive pedagogical response.” Jean-Pierre went home reassured. There were professionals dealing with it. His neighbourhood changed too. Shops closed. Others appeared. Groups of men occupied the same corners every evening. His wife stopped taking one street after dark. Jean-Pierre noticed all of this, but he had also learned that noticing patterns was dangerous. So every event remained an isolated event. One closed shop meant nothing. One assault meant nothing. Ten incidents meant ten unrelated incidents. Only a racist would connect dots. Then his daughter was sexually assaulted by a man who had recently arrived in France. Jean-Pierre was devastated. But almost immediately he began policing his own thoughts. The attacker was an individual. Of course. One must never generalise. The television explained that exploiting such crimes politically was irresponsible. A minister warned against “stigmatisation.” Jean-Pierre found himself nodding through tears. What had happened to his daughter was monstrous, but the truly frightening possibility, apparently, was that somebody somewhere might vote for the wrong party because of it. Nothing changed. His son’s school became worse. His daughter stopped going out alone. His wife wanted to move. The police were exhausted. The teachers were exhausted. The hospitals were exhausted. Jean-Pierre was exhausted. Yet every explanation he had been given required him to believe that each deterioration was temporary, accidental, exaggerated or caused by something entirely unrelated to the deterioration immediately beside it. And whenever somebody proposed that perhaps the country had made serious mistakes — about migration, authority, education, policing, integration, punishment or borders — Jean-Pierre knew the correct answer. “Careful. That sounds like the far right.” So he remained reasonable. He remained moderate. He remained informed. He remained completely incapable of drawing a conclusion from his own life. So at first, Jean-Pierre did not understand. And he still does not understand.
