I realize you don't work much but with due respect you really should study-up on why New Yorkers pay higher utility bills than citizens in most states. Have you heard of Indian Point? Marcellus shale? The Constitution Pipeline? You guys did this. It's why taxpayers are fleeing.

Team Ortt presented a Certificate of Recognition at Niagara Gospel Mission's Women's Shelter groundbreaking. They will offer emergency housing to women escaping abuse, battling addiction, or living on the streets. The Mission hopes work will be complete by next June.
