Highly recommend being friends with ambitious people. Their drive pushes you to also work hard for yourself. They inspire you to do better, be better. Their good traits rub off on you. You start to want better for yourself and you grow.

A new little corner of the internet, built by me.
I wanted more than a list of projects. This is a space for what I build, what I write about, what I’m learning, and what I’m curious about.

A 24-year-old marathon runner dies just 3 km before the finish line. Could this happen to any of us?
🔸Rachel Apa, 24, collapsed while running the New York City Marathon on November 1, 2026. She was participating in her first marathon.
🔸Bystanders rushed to help. They found no pulse. CPR was initiated, and medical personnel used a defibrillator. Despite prolonged resuscitation efforts, she died in hospital.
🔸Her father told The New York Times that doctors attributed her death to rhabdomyolysis.
🔸This heartbreaking incident deserves attention from the running community.
As a doctor and a distance runner myself, I want to explain an important, potentially life-threatening complication of strenuous exercise.
This is a bit lengthy but please read it once; as it could potentially be life-saving.
I did the impossible mile sometime in June and it was arguably the hardest thing I’ve ever done, and I swore I will never do it again. I’m doing another one to close the year lol.
Rewatching One Tree Hill is the most nostalgic thing I have done this year. It's really refreshing and takes me back to the time before social media, when we still had to buy newspapers and magazines to stay up to date with the news.
I love this ad so much!!

You know when the person you live with plays music out loud and won't use earphones? 🙃
I made a speaker for that. it's called "Bubl".
Loud for you, quiet for everyone else.

Just saw a video of Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato together; for a moment, I thought it was an old video from 2012.
My entire literal childhood is healed.😮💨

I am an Urhobo/Itsekiri and I can’t speak either to save my life, and I really wish I could. I wasn’t taught as a child 😩
That’s a big part of why I started Tembo.
I want AI that understands our languages. The way we actually speak them. Our expressions, our stories, our everyday conversations.
But first, we need the data. And who better to contribute it than the people who speak these languages every day?
Today, I’m launching Tembo’s data community: a place where everyday people can help build AI in 800+ African languages and share in the value they create.
You don’t need to know how to code. You bring your language.
People and organisations can sponsor missions. You take part, record your responses and submit them for review.
When your work on a paid mission is accepted, you earn money you can withdraw to your Nigerian bank account, powered by @bachs_hq Connect.
We’re also working on Tembo Points, so contributions to community missions can unlock more benefits as Tembo grows.
This is day 1 of building AI that feels native to Africa.
Share Tembo with your mum, your dad, your grandma or your grandfather. The language they speak every day could help someone like me learn what we missed.
Let’s preserve our languages and build with them.
