Her legacy was ruined the minute she willingly chose, at the big age of 36, to marry a registered sex offender. That wasn’t a decision that could be blamed on youth, naivety, or limited life experience. Everything since then has just been added damage.
40 - They Came From the Ocean - Boris Bacic
It was an easy read, I’ll give it that; however, it felt (at times) amateurish and wattpaddy. It’s also very difficult for men to write from a woman’s POV and I don’t think this book succeeded in that.

A good twist, a dragged out plot. I couldn't relate to the adult characters because they all seemed closed-minded and dumb.
