In his debut, he had 16 PR on 17 rebound chances and 6 FGA in a very tough matchup against the Thunder. In his second game, he crushed this line with 26 PR on 11 FGA and 13 rebound chances. The Nuggets were without Diallo and Cam Johnson in that one and are so again tonight along with Strawther and Jones. Brazile close that game in OT which showed a ton of trust from this coaching staff and his teammates already. Aaron Gordon was asked how he has earned the trust of the veterans and coaching staff so quickly and he said, “By rebounding. Really good player. Has a chance to be great.” Adelman, talked about his shooting and that he’d like to see an increase in that… “TB did exactly what he's supposed to do. And I actually thought he turned down shots. I'd love to see him shoot four or five threes a game. He's got a really nice release. Love this matchup once again for Braun tonight against the Thunder… CB entering Year 5, all with Denver, definitely has a solidified role. He’s very secured for 26-32 minutes, especially with this current roster. The Nuggets don’t have a ton of depth. With Strawther out and Jones dealing with injury, basically leaves Tyus Jones, DeMar DeRozan and Marvin Bagley off the bench for significant minutes. This preseason, he averaged 16.7 points per 30 minutes. Braun has had a ton of success against the Thunder as well. He has gone over this line in 11/13 games since the start of 2024/25 season. We have seen Braun’s 3PA volume nearly DOUBLE against the Thunder compared to rest of season. This is largely because they love to pack the paint and focus a ton on top options (Jokic/Murray). Leaving some really advantageous spots for Braun to get his. With just 8+ FGA and 24+ minutes and Jokic/Murray/Gordon all active, he cleared this line in 14/16 games last season…20.1 PR per game. A couple weeks back, we saw BOTH Packers WRs who dominate against man coverage have tons of this success against the Bears down the field…Watson (143) and Golden (123).

Last season with the Eagles, he had a 2.84 YPRR against man coverage…6th most in the NFL with 100+ routes. Bears were Top-8 in man coverage usage last season as well. Brown has his best game of the season against them with 132 yards. Drake Maye had this to say after the game…”I told him I’m gonna keep coming his way. Jaden went over this line in 2/3 preseason games with 20+ minutes in the. The only miss was the only game with 6 or FEWER FGA. Faces a Heat defense that will definitely allow some damage outside. Last year, they also played at a pretty fast pace, creating just a ton of overall opportunities. Game has the HIGHEST total of any game in the first couple days to start this season. Anthony Edwards has this to say… “Just him getting more touches, being more involved, I think he going to average 20, 25 points easy…just being aggressive, exploiting mixed matches. They try to put the worst defenders on them.” Ant said it himself, he likely gets the weakest link defensively. McDaniels should get to face Klay quite a bit in this one. This roster is super long with the likes of Hayes, JJJ and Lauri who can crash the rim. I’ll buy here with KAT looking to take a step up in his distribution in 2026. In the postseason sweep against the 76ers last season, KAT went over this line in ALL 4 games with 6, 7, 7 and 10 assists despite pretty low minutes in some blowouts. KAT only averaged 31 minutes per game last season, the lowest of his career with Robinson, who is in Boston now, was pushing 20 minutes per game. I think we see KAT get back to 33-34 MPG like he was in 2025 (35.0) and throughout his entire career. Especially in game environments like these. Against the revamped Sixers and banner hanging. KAT went over this line in his last preseason game which was his only full one, he played 29 minutes and racked up 9 assists. He averaged 6.4 assists per 30 minutes in the preseason. In that game and in lot of the preseason we have seen some big stuff out of him how much it was being ran through him. Countless scenarios with him at the extended elbow hitting cutters towards the paint/rim. Going up against this 76ers defense that I expect to be well below average, he should get a ton of great opportunities. Especially with not much rim/paint defense. When Jared is on the floor, he’s super aggressive and confident. In the preseason, he got up 11.8 FGA per game in just 18.3 minutes per game. McCain averaged 10.4 points per game in 30 games with the Thunder on 18.0 MPG. He is HEAVILY (-170/-180) juiced over 1.5 3PM. When he has hit multiple from deep, he went over this line in 22/23 games with OKC, averaging 15.6 per game. Matchup is pretty favorable for a scorer like him who scores nearly 40% of his points on Pull Ups, which the Spurs allowed the MOST points to last season. Not to mention, Daniels and him have some built in chemistry from their days with Arizona State when White had the 2nd most catches and yards on that team behind Ricky Pearsall.
