Ever since Pluto entered Aquarius, Taurus moons have been panic attacks. If I can get space and solitude while it’s beginning, the attack ceases. But when I’m stuck in the situation with another, it becomes increasingly Worse.

I don't have MCAS but I found out this year that my OCD had an autoimmune trigger and that it responds to ibuprofen and over the counter allergy meds as much or more than it responded to SSRIs lol
