After putting a note in the review about the library wishlist - thank you to the kind person who bought us some Lottie Brooks books!
The wishlist is here: amazon.co.uk/hz/wishlist/ls/…
A very big THANK YOU to the extremely kind parents who bought most of our wish-list for the library.
It means to much to have such a lovely community supporting us and the children’s reading.

The students were treated today to a visit from Andy Darcy Theo, author of 'The Light That Blinds Us'. This was tied in with our celebration of World Book Day and a scrum-diddly-umptious cake sale. Thank you to Miss Hall and the English Department for a great day.
Assemblies starting today with @RBA_Sixth regarding LGBTQ+ History Month. Celebrations and Form Time Activities taking place all throughout February 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

Standing ovation for our incredible staff panto cast! 🎉
You brought the magic, the laughs, and the festive cheer to life in ways we’ll never forget! #RBAFamily
A huge thank you to @adamhattan for sending over copies of his YA Book “Hiding Him” ✨
We’ve got enough copies to hand out to all the students apart of BeMe Club 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
How did decorating the library Christmas tree turn into “turn Miss Hall into the Christmas tree” 🤦🏻♀️😂
All new books bought with the money raised through the @scholasticuk book fair! Thank you all ✨
Book Fair at Academic Review Day Pt 2 - still lots of lovely books available to buy and help support the school library ✨
Last BeMe Club before half term - students wanted to make friendship bracelets showing their identity (I had to join in too 🏳️🌈)
Thank you @NotAgainBen and @Booktrust for doing an online author chat - had some students who really loved it ✨
The request for a LONG time has been more graphic novels and manga… well the time has come!!! Lots of new graphic novels and manga available to students NOW
It’s been quiet online for us here at RBA library, but that’s because Miss Hall has been so busy irl 😆
Just a shoutout to staff who have kindly donated some books to the library this past week! It’s always great to see how the students react to them 🤍
