Did you know that last month Los Angeles hosted its first-ever Climate Week? 🎉 Held from September 8-15, this event brought together more than 100 organizations and over 5,000 attendees, including activists, researchers, and local leaders.
Inspired by Climate Week NYC, LA’s version included workshops, sustainable fashion shows, community events, and policy discussions focused on local climate solutions.

Glastonbury 2024 made huge strides in sustainability! 🌍 Powered entirely by renewable energy, the festival eliminated fossil fuels by using biofuel derived from waste cooking oil, reducing CO2 emissions by up to 90%.
In addition to banning single-use plastics, Glastonbury achieved high composting and recycling rates, with more than 99% of tents being taken home thanks to their “Love the Farm, Leave No Trace” initiative.
