#EndingPoliotogether Every Drop Matters
WHAT IS POLIO? KNOW THE CAUSES. UNDERSTAND THE PREVENTION.
Sr. Jane Francis Namuddu, Principal of St. Michael Lubaga Hospital Training Institute (LHTI), takes us through what polio is, its causes, and how it can be prevented.
Polio is a highly infectious viral disease that can cause permanent paralysis, particularly in children. Vaccination, good hygiene, and community awareness are vital in protecting lives.
💉 Prevention is possible. Every child deserves a polio-free future!
Together, let’s #EndPolioNow!

RC @RCKatende is demonstrating a commendable commitment to creating lasting impact by transforming the learning environment at St. Agnes Katebo Nursery and Primary School in Buwama.
With classrooms currently operating in the church and temporary wooden structures, the school faces challenging conditions, with dust affecting the learning environment for its over 200 pupils.
The Club is constructing a two-classroom block and a water tank—a meaningful investment in education, sanitation, and the future of these young learners.
I commend RC Katende for stepping up to address a genuine community need. These pupils deserve a safe, dignified, and conducive learning environment, and through @Rotary, tangible impact is within reach.
This is what Service Above Self looks like!
