Dear Medical Officers,
Counties will never release you for post graduate for as long as you continue to be the exceptional doctor who does specialist procedures.
We had a heated conversation at my facility today.
Our senior most medical officer who is often available and takes most of the emergency cases has raised a petition to stop taking cases.
He says he is not a member of any surgical college and performing surgeries is not part of his job.
I support him fully.
I hope nationwide all doctors who aren't fellows of the colleges of surgeons stop performing all surgeries both major and minor.
I support him because doctors are now getting sued anyhow.
If you are an MO, you may think you're helping people with your skills but I just learned MBBS alone gives you no right to perform any major surgery.
PLS DO NOT GO BEYOND YOUR BOUNDARIES.
If you get sued for medical negligence in case of complications, nobody will remember the hundred lives you've saved in the past, you'll lose your license and likely do jail.
Always remember to refer the case if it's beyond what you can handle.
Just my two cents.
Pls correct me if I'm wrong.
There’s someone here hellbent on spreading misinformation that’s rather defamatory.
1. I have never called or messaged Romario Walker’s mother or any other family member at that.
2. I haven’t engaged any family member, merely replied to their disrespect in a civil manner, always!
3. At no point did I spam either company, only comment made at the time, “tone deaf” to which his cousin replied “fuck your uncle” — that’s the first family member I encountered.
4. At no point I denied anyone the right to grieve — previous tweets support that. Nothing deleted
I’ve taken the high road, yet somehow there’s still a subset determined to twist my words. Truly unbelievable.
Had it been your relative.
Again, don’t be lying on my name. I have not once reached out to any of his family. Since the very day I found out, they have been harassing me because I posted the vids which disproves everything else and showed the facts.
You all are sad the whole family gonna stalk me? Y’all on all my social media platforms.
Replying to @RCap_one
The details been out there. Nobody is denying that. I havent seen ONE post of you guys celebrating the life of your beloved uncle but for 72 hours straight you been behind your keyboard trying to accomplish what? The posts are staying up and a that a mad you! He was loved!!!
No actually that was your family member/friend after finding out about his girl, lash out then crashed out… oops y’all didn’t know I have all the details.

Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity. You’re insufferable 😩

No matter what Romário’s disgusting friends or family members come with I won’t lash out. Y’all won’t get that from me. Hahaha I won’t help in the quest to change the narrative. My uncle was a great man.
Here goes one of his friends or family members pressing on, how many of her brain cells are functioning this morning… why are you following up on my post.

The only thing that article did was give me an insight into whether or not the family is willing to be truthful so that maybe one day I can forgive em, just not right now. Seems only his mother deserves some sympathy from me, but another family member told me fuck my uncle. 😄
Hahaha who these people think I am? A little article in the news didn't reveal anything to me, I had all the facts since Saturday. However I will not be revealing that here on the internet… so Romario’s friends can continue to reply defending him.
Let’s be clear, no one is gonna twist the narrative, this isn’t about denying anyone the right to grieve. At no point did I say Romario’s family doesn’t deserve condolences, or that his coworkers shouldn’t express how they feel about the person they knew.
There’s a respectful way to mourn without erasing the harm that was done. An internal email to coworkers would have been appropriate, and for his family, there are private ways to extend sympathy — a call, a message, a visit, even a simple basket.
