Prime Reading & Kindle Unlimited has enabled me to get back into reading a lot.
Years ago, I'd hyperfocus & read an entire book in a night (2 nights if at uni/work). Last few years I've felt overwhelmed/overloaded with my light being on, so wouldn't read as much.
papercut makes me want to cry. Not to mention the fact I keep dropping whatever I'm holding.
But with my tablet, I can position it upright & because my gloves are touch screen capable, 'turning the pages' is easy. And I don't have to have the light on! Win/win for me.

One of the weirdest things about social media is how people will accuse you of "coming for them" when you've not mentioned them or interacted with them. It's an extremely bizzare way to try to guilt people into not voicing themselves.
Because of this, I genuinely believe there are people who scour social media looking for something to feel victimised by.
Big difference to when marginalised communities are facing bigotry online ofc. Which is why it's so irritating-
