“Wanda, no,” Natasha sighs, pinching her temple with her thumb and forefinger as she sighs. Even she can’t deny a part of her feels sorry for the poor mutt - it is cold out and she’s been in that position too. “Fine. One night. Tomorrow we will find it a home,” she relents.

“You couldn’t have just given him some food and patted his head and been on your way?” Natasha lifts her eyebrows incredulously towards the redhead. “When do we have time to take care of…” she waves her fingers towards the dog. “That?”

“Anywhere other than here?” Natasha frowns, shaking her head towards Wanda. She certainly hadn’t expected Wanda to return home with a pet in her arms, much less a dog. “Isn’t that something we should have discussed before you brought him here?”

“Please tell me that thing isn’t staying here,” Natasha frowns, looking somewhat horrified at the creature Wanda is holding and …. Nuzzling?

“Yes. I would like some,” Natasha acknowledges with a slight nod of her head. She was the worst cook, with the surprising ability to burn everything and anything she attempted to prepare for a meal. It was astonishing, really. “Always so Bossy,” she raises her eyebrows.

“Tomato… tomato,” Natasha rolls her eyes, leaning back against the counter as she folds her arms against her chest. A swift flick of her hand before she tucks it back into her elbow and she eyes the pot on the stove curiously. “Is there enough in there?”

Something sure does smell delicious around here! Papridash? Or whatever you call it?

:: let’s try to get back into the swing of things

The one and only

No.

— Let’s just say my spidey senses are tingling..

Again?

is there anything more tiresome than paperwork? (The answer is no.)

Is it something she can partake in, perhaps?

Is that right, blondie?
