Nurses like to refer to chest auscultation, cannulation etc as advanced skills...but organising a safe discharge home for a frail older person with multiple co-morbidities THATS an advanced skill

RH3 have been working hard to reduce falls! We have introduced a falls brief during our morning board round. This lets the whole MDT know who is at risk 2 weeks in and already seen a reduction in falls! #whatwedo #welldoneteam #MAPs #STH
