This is some of the plates Millie prepares for the kitties on her block. This doesn't include other feeding stations. She truly feeds A LOT of strays and they wait for her everyday. Without your support she financially can't do this all on her own. amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2I…

This just MELTED MY HEART. Two rescued #cow sisters snuggling. 🐮🐮 If the world saw more animals like this, we'd have a much more compassionate world. 🧡 @thegentlebarn

Guzzling the milk of a different species LONG past infancy makes as much sense as a big guy in a red suit breaking into your house each year.

Met this curious #chicken when I was visiting @PoplarSpring Sanctuary. Made me think that if every meat-eater had to grab them by the throat and slaughter them, we'd have a lot more #vegans out there. 🤔 Just because cruelty happens in a distant land doesn't make it acceptable.

Did you miss the news? Earlier this week, ex-orphan Olare appeared at our Ithumba stockades with a brand new baby girl in tow. This brave, gentle elephant, who we rescued 14 years ago after she tragically lost her own mother, is now starting a wild family of her own. (If you’re curious, we’ve named Olare’s daughter Ola!)

Stop looking to *someone else* to protect animals. The government, farmers, other consumers. Change starts with YOU. ✊ Challenge yourself to go #vegan for 22 days for innocent chickens like her and so many other animals who die in darkness: challenge22.com/?group=Inf_J…
