Game-changing innovation from @Sportable 🧠
The positive effects this can have on player development (among many other things) is huge 📈
.@Sportable are rolling out real-time tracking in rugby, allied to their smart ball technology. There’s a big landmark this weekend. Lucky enough to have seen the interface and it’s really cool. telegraph.co.uk/rugby-union/…

Tomorrow @ST_sport - a colossal and myopic blunder. It was the RFU and Premiership Rugby themselves who are responsible for running down the Championship, no-one else. Their decision to slash funding to the division is a disgrace, will harm 12 real rugby clubs and English rugby

There’s a lot of talk about mental health in rugby, especially from the RFU. What will they do to support all the players who will lose their contracts at the end of this season as a result of them cutting the funding for @Champrugby. @EnglandRugby – at Stevington, England

Imagine being a young, ambitious Championship player and hearing the boss of the RFU say: "We do not believe it [Champ] is the primary place where Premiership and England players are discovered and developed”

I’m by no mean a Leeds fan but you have to wonder how many decisions, both on and off the field, go against them before you question how big the agenda against them is. @SkyFootball literally no mention of it being a dive on their EFL live report either, fucking shocking 😳

1st XV kick off the 2019/20 season under new captain Hayden Johnson at home to @lydney_rfc tomorrow. Debuts for new signings Woodman & Connolly, and the return from season long injury lay offs last year for Clifton & Tesdale.

No-one wants to hear this but it's been a pleasure covering this season. Had a go and a very good one, with a head coach who I think has educated most of us in one way or another. What's the saying? One door closes, another one slams in your face. Leeds. #lufc
