"I was going to Alabama... but then Coach Leach asked, do I want to hold a clipboard, or do I want to lead the country in passing?"
Gardner Minshew would’ve never had his 8 year NFL career if Mike Leach didn’t drop this banger of a quote

Well fam I’m back in the golf game! Helping the Branch family get the construction/grow-in finished this winter. My guys @jtandtheknee and @TreyKempGCA are by my side again. Trey has designed a beauty right here in Dublin, Texas. Branch Golf Club has a @TrackmanGolf Driving Range plus a 3800 yard 9 hole golf course. The newest greatest facility in the area. We are looking to hire a superintendent full time so if you are interested please reach out to me, JT, or Trey. This place is going to be special @garrettgreens

MSU is off this week and I made the trip out to Lubbuck to watch the Tx Tech / Arizona game today.
Their ceiling appears to be substantially higher with Castellanos; after he settled in he took their ground game to a new level and made mostly good decisions through the air.
Noah Fifita was rattled early but I was totally impressed with him — he was responsible for virtually all Arizona’s offense. Fifita kept them in the game despite their offense being made one dimensional by Tech’s dominant rush defense holding them to 12 rushing yards.
The game day atmosphere is one of the best in the country, even better than my last visit. I can see why recruits want to play in that type of environment in front of that rabid fanbase. Great win for @JoeyMcGuireTTU and their team.

Little stop on the road at the Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. We got some food in one of the dining halls and walked around the athletic venues. Just found out that their football team is still undefeated this season, but unfortunately they don’t play at home this weekend.

A Texas Tech team prior to Joey McGuire would not have won this game. Regardless of how it looked you are 5-0.
At some point this team will make it look easy.
