Letting go of the past doesn’t mean that you didn’t learn from it or acknowledge it; it just means that you’re not attached to it or identified by it. Think of the past is like a thought bubble - pop it and let it go.

Why celebrate only on holidays and holy days; why not uncover reasons to celebrate every day. Look for the magic and mystery unfolding before you in the most (extra)ordinary experiences.

From @springsteen : I wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good. Stay free, Bruce Springsteen

Beautiful morning walk. Reminds me of the Bruce Lee quote: Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle… Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”

Give yourself an early Christmas present by granting the grace of forgiveness to someone you ‘feel’ has offended you. Unwrap this sacred gift by untying the red bow that tightly attaches this fear-based thought to YOU.

CityLax visited NJ last week for a fantastic fundraising and intro event. 70+ guests came out to learn how we’re impacting middle & high school student-athletes in NYC through lax. A special thank-you to Chelsea Ruebling for leading the charge. #CityLax #GrowTheGame #Lacrosse
