It’s difficult to call out bullying, micro-aggressions and bad behaviours and many times you stand alone in calling these out trying to prove it. But great to see the change!
Yes!! And now that we have good evidence disrespectful behaviours negatively impact team performance, patient safety and patient complaint rates, there are important reasons to #OperateWithRespect beyond just 'being nice'.
