No problem, we can help ya! Per our FAQs, "we will have a satellite desk at the Hilton Austin, Level 6 hallway outside of the Austin Grand Ballroom for you to show physical proof of full vaccination or negative COVID-19 test. It is open 6/30 – 7/3 daily from 9 AM – 6 PM."

Hey there! Boosters will only show as "complete" with CLEAR if it's been at least two weeks, so you'll need to bring in an at home test that reads negative as well as a valid ID in order to be cleared at the health screening!

You only need to get the green wristband once. Once you have that you have passed the health screening.

Hey Angel! No worries, you can take your confirmation page with the QR codes to will call and they should still be able to get you checked in with badges.

Hello Mike! This depends entirely on how full the panel is- your reservation allows you to enter the line 30 mins prior instead of 90, but if the panel you're trying to attend fills up before you can get there a guardian won't be able to let you in.
