Such a cracking resource by @RTYDS to support working class freelancers and arts orgs with financial matters. Please take a look, share and pass on to anyone you know would find this useful
We've created financial resources for working class freelancers and for organisations, which include:
- Advice leaflet for artists navigating self-employment and benefits
- Embedding the @turn2us_org Benefits Calculator as part of our offer to artists

Released TODAY: The Big Freelancer Survey Report 2024, which reveals that over a third of freelancers' average hourly earnings are below the National Living Wage; wages that would be illegal in the context of a PAYE job.

Me and @katejlovell met on a @RTYDS @RampsOTM short course for disabled directors in 2020. Being a disabled artist in this industry can be tough- solidarity & the peer support we've all received through this network has been invaluable.
