DOJ has already sent out 40+ grand jury subpoenas and preservation requests, and both Peltola's campaign and the copycat Sullivan's camp have been served! Gov. Flashback to when Obama went on Letterman a week after the Benghazi attack to lie to the American people. Obama blamed the Benghazi attack on a video even though he had known for days that the video had nothing to do with the attack. It was terrorism. The election was coming up and Obama wanted to make sure the Benghazi didn't hurt him, so he went on Letterman and lied. Obama lying on TV before an election. Some things never change.

Tony Dungy says that he's pretty sure that NBC fired him because he's pro life. Tony and his wife, both devout Christians who have 11 children, says that NBC knew who he was when they hired him. He was a speaker at the March for Life in 2023 which NBC was unhappy about. He and his wife run the Dungy Family Foundation which has worked with pregnancy centers. Honorable man.

A Pollster Just Admitted Faking Its Numbers, and The Fallout Is Huge! | Stephen Green, PJ Media A polling firm that spent months pumping out numbers in key races across the country admitted Tuesday evening that nearly all of them were fake. Wedgewood Polls now claims the entire operation was a social experiment meant to expose lazy vetting in the polling world. Some election observers aren't buying that explanation, and the timing of the confession gives them every reason to doubt it. In its statement, Wedgewood cast itself as a kind of whistleblower. "Having previously worked in the polling and research sector, we watched as the public's trust in polling eroded alongside a rise in unverified, low-quality methodology," the firm said. It then described what it claimed was the project’s goal. "We wanted to test a simple hypothesis: How easy is it for an entirely fabricated polling firm to gain traction, be taken seriously, and expose how little scrutinization exists in media and public commentary? The short answer: Far too easy." The statement also turned to the aggregators that published its work. "Despite having no history, formal credentials, or real data behind the vast majority of our releases, Wedgewood Polling was added to major polling aggregators, including The New York Times, FiftyPlusOne, and VoteHub, and repeatedly treated as a legitimate data source," Wedgewood claimed. Next, the firm addressed the press. "Our fabricated numbers were given instant credibility across national media platforms-including being cited on air and in reporting by outlets such as MS NOW," it added. "The ease with which unverified figures were absorbed into mainstream political narratives highlights a systemic breakdown in media vetting and data aggregation." Mark Mitchell, the head pollster of The Honest Poll, didn’t buy that explanation for a second. Cooper Burton, a data scientist at FiftyPlusOne, responded to Wedgewood's statement within hours. "This is incredibly misleading. @50plus1news was planning to publish an investigation into Wedgewood's polls tomorrow morning, and reached out to them this morning for comment. This is just an attempt to save face after they realized we caught them." - Cooper Burton Once Wedgewood went public, FiftyPlusOne published its investigation early. The report took on the firm's claim that nobody checked its credentials. Their statement alleges that FiftyPlusOne, the New York Times, and other poll aggregators did not conduct appropriate vetting of their firm prior to aggregating their polls; this is false. We reached out to them to ask who they were and confirm the methodology statement on their website. We were given two names, Jack Sims and Andrew Prater. We were able to independently confirm that Sims had previous experience in the polling industry and reviewed their methodology statement in detail. It is not atypical for a pollster to leave an existing firm, form their own, and self-fund some surveys to build reputation; we had no reason at the time to believe this case was any different. Wedgewood operated as if it were a legitimate polling firm, including collecting money from donors to conduct crowd-funded polls, and sharing raw survey data (which we now have confirmed was fraudulent) with FiftyPlusOne on Oct. 15, 2026. Imagine that — Wedgewood took money from donors and handed over raw data it had invented. Sorry, but that’s not a harmless experiment. In fact, these phony numbers did have real-world impact. El-Sayed leaned heavily on Wedgewood's polling to sell Democrat voters on his electability. Mallory McMorrow, who ran against him in the Michigan primary, took to X to describe what the stunt cost her campaign. She pointed to a late-June Wedgewood poll that showed her sinking into single digits, numbers she said contradicted her campaign’s internal polling. In the aftermath, her donations dried up, her volunteers were left devastated and begging for direction, and reporters bombarded her with calls to get out of the race. Without a doubt, a fake poll can affect an election. It can stop a candidate from raising money, boost another candidate, or cause a party to invest in a place it otherwise wouldn’t. And it can lead voters to think the result is already decided before any ballot has been cast. pjmedia.com/matt-margolis/20…
Wedgewood is absolutely correct that bogus polls get widely spread with no thought to validity, especially by naked partisans who are shoveling slop. That said, Wedgewood publicly lied to the American people, so that's a NO from me, dog.

Florida mayor arrested for grand theft and fraud related to COVID relief funds | The Center Square “Public officials do not get to write the rules and then write themselves a check,” said Attorney General James Uthmeier. “The mayor used her position to push a COVID relief grant program, then took $50,000 from it for her family’s businesses after being warned it was prohibited. Kissimmee Mayor Eva Jacquelyn Espinosa was arrested Wednesday morning on theft and fraud charges involving $50,000 in federal pandemic relief grants awarded to businesses tied to her and her family, according to the Florida attorney general’s office. The charges stem from $50,000 in COVID relief funds Espinosa and her family received from a city program that she spearheaded, according to the attorney general’s office. “Public officials do not get to write the rules and then write themselves a check,” said Attorney General James Uthmeier. “The mayor used her position to push a COVID relief grant program, then took $50,000 from it for her family’s businesses after being warned it was prohibited. Florida taxpayers funded that money to help small businesses recover, not to enrich the mayor who controlled it. Since we established our public integrity unit, we've worked quickly to hold corrupt officials accountable.” Espinosa’s attorney, Migdalia Perez, told The Washington Post that Espinosa maintains her innocence and disputes that she acted with criminal intent. According to the attorney general, shortly after becoming mayor in November 2024, Espinosa advocated for the creation of Kissimmee’s Business Boost 2.0 program to provide one-time assistance to small businesses. The program used federal funding from the American Rescue Plan Act. The day the program launched in September 2025, Espinosa and some of her immediate family members submitted applications for three businesses they either owned or controlled. The applications were approved by November, Uthmeier said. According to Uthmeier, a month after the money was deposited into accounts linked to Espinosa and her family members, the city attorney warned her that accepting the grants constituted a prohibited conflict of interest and advised her to return the money, but she refused. “The theme here is we hold corrupt public officials accountable,” Uthmeier said. “If you are going to abuse your office, if you are going to abuse the public’s trust to enrich yourself or family members, we are going to find you and we are going to hold you accountable.” In August, the city commission held a special meeting to vote on articles of impeachment against Espinosa over ethics concerns, but the motion failed in a 2-2 vote. “The voters put their trust in their public officials to do what is best for their community, not what is best for themselves,” said Chief Financial Officer Blaise Ingoglia. “Jackie Espinosa abused that trust and cashed in at the taxpayers’ expense. It is called public service for a reason, not self-service. When I took office, I promised I would root out waste, fraud, abuse, and corruption and today I am fulfilling that promise for the people of Kissimmee.” justthenews.com/nation/state…

Both WNBA Finals teams run off the court moments before the national anthem for the second straight game, returning seconds after the performance ends. @Outkick video shows players from the Atlanta Dream and Golden State Valkyries are noticeably absent during the anthem ahead of Game 2, as Grammy-winning singer Alanis Morissette performs. The repeated absence comes despite a WNBA rulebook requirement that players, coaches and trainers stand along the sidelines or foul line during the national anthem. Nolte: Paramount and 12 State AGs Settle, Clearing Path for Warner Bros. Merger | John Nolte, Breitbart To the surprise of no one who knew Paramount Skydance chief David Ellison held all the cards and these 12 fascist Democrat state attorneys general had no legal grounds to stand on, a settlement has been reached between the two parties, which makes it almost certain the merger between Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) will be finalized. Best of all, at least for Ellison, it will be finalized before October 1, which is when he would be required to pay a $7 million per day ticking fee to the WBD board. “Paramount has reached a deal with 12 state attorneys general that removes a major obstacle to closing its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery,” reports the far-left Variety. “The merger was on hold pending the outcome of the states’ antitrust lawsuit, which was set for a trial on March 2, 2027. The $111 billion merger is the largest in Hollywood history.” Had Ellison waited until the trial in March, that ticking fee would have added up to about a billion dollars. Variety also admits that what we all knew to be true was true… The discussions also focused on editorial oversight of CBS News and CNN, a key concern for East Coast attorneys general. Sources said the settlement does not require Paramount to make any major divestitures. Here’s what we so far know about the specific settlement terms… “The states that held out longer did succeed over the past week in securing independent editorial boards for CBS and CNN as part of the deal,” reports the far-left Bloomberg. “The terms are said to include a financial penalty [of $30 million] “for each film that falls short of” Ellison’s promise to produce 30 movies per year. This fascist move to force a private corporation to run a news outlet in a State-approved way was the only true sticking point. Everyone knew the merger was a real and necessary one. With Alphabet (Google), Meta (Facebook), Apple, and Netflix involved more and more in entertainment content, WBD and Paramount could either merge and become larger and therefore more competitive, or they could eventually be eaten alive by an already mammoth company, which meant an even worse outcome for competition. It made no business or regulatory sense to stop the merger. This was all about partisan politics. This was all about California Attorney General Rob Bonta’s fear that Ellison might stop CNNLOL from continuing to do this… Now, you watch… No one at CNN will squawk even a little bit about the government sticking its nose in CNN business. Why? Because in this case, CNN agrees with the government. Hey, fascists of a feather… The bottom line is that David Ellison won all the marbles. He outmaneuvered Netflix, even after WBD agreed to a deal with Netflix. Then he muscled these communist attorneys general by making a very real threat to move Paramount to Tennessee, which he would have done, and I hope he still does. Anyway, in your face, Mark Ruffalo. breitbart.com/entertainment/…
