“Blood donations are essential to saving the lives of patients every day,” said Ellen Romanowski, our Senior Vice President Laboratory Services. "For individuals battling cancer, recovering from traumatic injuries, undergoing complex surgeries, or experiencing complications during childbirth, donated blood and platelets can be the difference between life and death. We are urging the public to donate today to give patients the care they need.”

Help us build the future of cancer care in New Jersey. At RWJBarnabas Health and @RutgersCancer, we are in the midst of transforming cancer care and research. As the state’s only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, we are bringing elite, state-of-the-art freestanding cancer facilities to our neighborhoods.
But it’s about more than brick and mortar—it’s about the lives changed inside these walls.
With the recent opening of the Jack & Sheryl Morris Cancer Center, the Melchiorre Cancer Center opening its doors this year, and the Specialty and Cancer Care Center on the Vogel Medical Campus following in 2027, your support fuels the research, prevention, and treatments that weren't possible yesterday.
Your donation directly impacts the health of our community for generations.
