Holding my anxiety together today has involved making a donation to my local food bank, texting encouragement to a few folk I’ve not spoken to in a while, & then having a little cry.
Tomorrow I plan to put my biggest of big girl pants back on and go for a long run with the @Youthscape podcast, and refocus before indefinite home schooling starts. In the words of Julian of Norwich... and all shall be well, and all shall be well...
