In 1999 Seattle, @CruzPedregon debuted the Wild Spider. The Seattle race also marked the debut for Pontiac. Pedregon qualified 10th.

Matt Tifft in his first Daytona start in the Truck Series. Tifft competed for Venturini Motorsports, where he started 16th but was regulated to 19th after a rear hub failure.

Ron Capps had an interesting ride in the 2003 Chili Bowl. Capps, drove the Tony Stewart entry, and ended up flipping his midget on the first lap of the H-Main after trying to avoid other drivers. Fortunately, Capps escaped without any major injuries.

I believe we finished 3rd in this race. It was my second ARCA race and this car was one that we bought from Melling. Former Stacy Compton Kodiak car. It was chassis #19 and they ran it at short tracks. It was the first true Dodge they had and Chad Knaus was chief. She was bad ass
