How I lost my money with @PayPal @AskPayPal
I'm Russian and PayPal shuts down their services here. It is said that I can withdraw my money till 18 March. But I can't. I called them (every minute is charged), waited for 10mins, no reply. Also no reply for 2 days from on website.
