🚨🔵 Uma mulher de 48 anos foi presa suspeita de transfobia contra a líder de equipe dela, uma mulher trans de 28 anos, nesta segunda-feira (2), em Indaial. O caso aconteceu em uma confecção no bairro Benedito.
A briga começou depois de uma reunião sobre fofocas na empresa. A mãe da funcionária, que também trabalha no local, saiu da sala passando mal e chorando.
Segundo a vítima, a funcionária foi acudir a mãe e começou a xingar a líder de travesti. A funcionária também disse que a colega era um homem vestido de mulher e não deveria usar o banheiro feminino.
A presa deu outra versão à PM. Ela acusa a líder de persegui-la no trabalho e diz que só falou que a colega era trans e não deveria ter vergonha disso.
A líder de equipe ainda não fez a troca do nome nos documentos. No registro da ocorrência, ela aparece com o nome masculino. A presa foi levada à Central de Plantão Policial de Blumenau.

Organisers were right to protect the female category.
Male runners in the female category distort results & erase the purpose of a protected women’s race.
Sex differences in performance are real & significant.
Self-ID policies have distorted the distinction between men & women and leads to situations like this.
Fairness & safety requires sex-based categories, and self-declaration interferes with that.
