This week's Framework Radio (#912, 01-08 Dec) was produced in Canada by librarian, artist & licensed private investigator William Denton. It's based on Listening to Art (listeningtoart.org/framework…), his publication of field recordings of visual art. Listen at radionouspace.fm
This episode is interesting! Think about standing in front of the Mona Lisa painting. What might you hear? How would what you hear shape your experience of the art? Denton explores answers by recording soundscapes surrounding famous paintings, sculptures, and other public art forms.

This week's Framework Radio (#904, Oct. 6-13) is a solar eclipse sonified by Rovery Cunningham <cunningly.bandcamp.com>, a middle school teacher with a music degree. See Description for more information. This one is a very interesting sound experience. Thanks for listening.
Rovery Cunningham created a very interesting sound experience of last spring's solar eclipse visible in a long track across the US. He mixes three sound sources. A stream in a wooded area. A solar powered tone generator. Voices of people experiencing the solar eclipse. There's nothing to, but much to hear. Birds and insects cease their vocalizations. As the sunlight wanes, the tone descends. People express their awe and excitement. Then, as the sun begins to appear again, everything changes back. This is a unique experience to "hear" a solar eclipse.
