yes we built SUPERSMART CONTRACTS (self-coding contracts) > run any LLMs mid-execution and make judgement calls onchain > read any webpage, hit any API - without an oracle > write their own code mid-execution and act on the result -- selfcoding (yes you read that correctly)
Smart contracts need someone outside to tell them what happened. That's where decentralization ends. Intelligent Contracts go and check for themselves.

this is the gnarliest problem in all of prediction markets but not anymore bc we resolved on genlayer and theoretically but actually in production we ran every @Polymarket market through the oracle's routing every day sooo ^ 1.6M+ markets ended since may 5 and 96.5% of them resolved at 100% accuracy in 3 min each under $1 here is how > the intelligent oracle is its own contract with the rules and the sources (in plain english) baked in when it's created and there's no function to edit them after > when it's time to resolve, 5 validators get picked random via vrf and stake weighted and one of them leads > the lead opens every source and its LLM reads it against the rules, then every validator redoes the whole thing on its own model and from the outside nobody can tell which model that is > the outcome has to match exactly and the reasoning only has to be similar and votes are committed encrypted before anyone reveals so nobody can wait and copy the others > if the sources contradict it goes back to the rules and if the rules don't settle it the oracle comes back with ERROR, yes you read that correctly > then the appeal window opens. anyone can post a bond and 7 fresh validators recheck it, if they overturn it the round reruns with 11 and keeps growing, and if you were right you walk away with 2.5x your bond > once it's final the market contract gets the outcome and pays out, the oracle never holds the pot
Prediction markets break when resolution becomes ambiguous. Polymarket cleared billions in 2024, yet some of the most controversial markets were about who decides what actually happened. Examples aren’t theoretical: - Venezuela election markets with conflicting sources - $200M+ markets reversing outcomes via governance disputes - Contracts losing trust due to editable sources or committee decisions The market kinda loses its edge once traders start gaming resolution instead of pricing reality.

opus 5.5 made this off a single prompt, like "research genlayer and explain it like i'm 5 using motion design" sure it's not 100% accurate but 98.5% there lmao
