My friend makes $1.2 million a year as an Anthropic engineer.
I asked him how he learned prompting so well. He sent me a video that was never supposed to get out. Their core team's prompting playbook.
You won’t find anything better about prompting than this 30 minutes video.
I watched it last night. Halfway through, I realized I've been using Claude completely wrong for two years.

My friend built an AI agent in 20 minutes and sold it to Anthropic for $100k - and at Stanford showed how to repeat it from scratch:
02:00 - how to build your first agent with Opus 5 in 20 minutes
22:34 - one agent replaces an Anthropic engineering team worth $200k a year
49:47 - how to make $1.2M a year selling agents to Anthropic and Google
after watching I spent 20 minutes in Claude Code - the agent replaced 10 Anthropic engineers and they paid $100k and asked for more.
save & watch - the article below shows how to build an agent in Claude Code in 20 minutes and reach $1.2M a year.

Anthropic’s CEO on whether learning to code is still worth it in the AI era:
1. Coding is changing fast.
AI is already handling many programming tasks. Learning to code just to protect your job may not be the best strategy.
2. You don’t need to do all the work.
If AI handles 95% and you contribute the remaining 5%, your productivity could still multiply dramatically.
3. Human skills will matter more.
Careers combining critical thinking, communication, real-world experience, and analytical skills could have a strong future.
4. Critical thinking is becoming essential.
When AI can generate almost anything, knowing what’s true, questioning answers, and spotting mistakes become powerful advantages.
5. AI can weaken your skills if you use it incorrectly.
Relying on AI without thinking for yourself can reduce your ability to solve problems independently.
6. Don’t overlook semiconductors.
As AI expands, chips, hardware, and traditional engineering could create major opportunities.
The biggest takeaway?
Don’t just learn skills that AI can perform.
Learn to think critically, solve meaningful problems, and use AI as a multiplier.
The real advantage may belong to people who know how to work WITH AI, not simply compete against it.
What skill would you invest in today if you were starting from zero?
